Examples of Subscription Cut-Off Time in a sentence
Shares may be exchanged on a Dealing Day, in both the Original Tranche and the New Tranche, upon notice given not later than the earlier of the Redemption Cut-Off Time for the Original Tranche or the Subscription Cut-Off Time for the New Tranche and be dealt with at the Net Asset Value per Share on the relevant Dealing Day, as set out in the relevant Supplement.
Subscription requests for the Initial Subscription Date must be sent in writing to the Administrative Agent and be received by the Administrative Agent by 12.00 pm (CET) (the Subscription Cut-Off Time) at the latest on the day of the Initial Subscription Date.
Subscription orders for Shares received by the Administrative Agent or Distributor(s) on a Transaction Day prior to the relevant Subscription Cut-Off Time, will be processed on the first NAV Calculation Day following such Transaction Day on the basis of the Net Asset Value per Share calculated on such NAV Calculation Day.
If a subscription order is received prior to the Subscription Cut-Off Time, Shares will be issued at the NAV per Share applicable on the relevant Dealing Day.
Upon the occurrence of a Liquidity Management Event and as detailed in the relevant Supplements, the Settlement Day of the Class M Shares shall change from the Business Day on which the Subscription Cut-Off Time or Redemption Cut-Off Time falls (i.e., T settlement) to the Business Day following such day (i.e., T+1 settlement).
