Subscription Instrument definition

Subscription Instrument means one or more of the following applicable documents which further defines Customer’s rights and obligation related to the Service: a Symantec certificate or a similar document issued by Symantec, or a written agreement between Customer and Symantec, that accompanies, precedes or follows the Service.

Examples of Subscription Instrument in a sentence

  • Any capitalized terms not defined in this Service Description shall have the same meaning as in the Subscription Instrument.

Subscription Instrument means (i) the applicable Veritas certificate or a similar document issued by Veritas that accompanies, precedes or follows Customer’s access to the Service, or (ii) a Service-specific written agreement is executed between Customer and Veritas the terms of which expressly supersede the certificate.

Related to Subscription Instrument

  • Subscription Amount means, as to each Purchaser, the aggregate amount to be paid for Shares and Warrants purchased hereunder as specified below such Purchaser’s name on the signature page of this Agreement and next to the heading “Subscription Amount,” in United States dollars and in immediately available funds.
