Each Eligible Holder of Eligible Claims as of the Subscription Record Date will receive an Eligible Holder Subscription Right to subscribe for its Pro Rata share of the Eligible Holder Equity Interests at the Per Equity Interest Price on the terms described herein.
The Preferential Right to subscribe Additional CBFIs described in this document will only be available to existing Holders of CBFIs as of the Subscription Record Date in those jurisdictions that do not require the offer and sale of such CBFIs (or FIBRA Prologis, the Trustee or the Manager) to be registered pursuant to applicable laws.
