Meeting Order definition

Meeting Order means the Order issued under the CCAA that, among other things, sets the date for the Meeting, as same may be amended, restated or varied from time to time.

Meeting Order means an Order to be sought establishing the Affected Creditors Class for the purposes of this Plan and for voting purposes, and directing the calling and holding of the Meeting, as such Order may be amended and supplemented from time to time.

Meeting Order means the Order to be made by the Court under and pursuant to the CCAA that, among other things, establishes procedures for the Creditors’ Meeting, as same may be amended, restated or varied from time to time;
