Subscription Renewal Period definition

Subscription Renewal Period means the length of each renewal of a Subscription Service as set out in the Proposal.

  • At the end of the Subscription Initial Period the Subscription Services shall automatically extend for further Subscription Renewal Periods unless either party gives written notice of at least the Subscription Notice Period (or 90 days if no Subscription Notice Period is specified) such notice to expire at the end of the Subscription Initial Period or then- current Subscription Renewal Period.

Related to Subscription Renewal Period

  • Subscription Term means the initial subscription term and if applicable any renewal subscription term of a Cloud Service identified in the Order Form.

  • Subscription Period means the defined period of time of the Subscription as set forth in an Order Form.

  • Renewal Period “Buyer” and “Default” have the same meanings respectively as they have in the Water Agreement.
