Examples of Subsequent Buyer in a sentence

  • Buyer must pay to Seller any such amounts described in this Section 3.2(a) received by Buyer or its SC or a Subsequent Buyer or its SC.

Related to Subsequent Buyer

  • Purchaser means the organization purchasing the goods.

  • The Purchaser means the organization purchasing the Goods, as named in SCC.

  • Subsequent Transfer Date With respect to each Subsequent Transfer Instrument, the date on which the related Subsequent Mortgage Loans are sold to the Trust Fund.
