Subsequent Capital Contributions definition

Subsequent Capital Contributions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

More Definitions of Subsequent Capital Contributions

Subsequent Capital Contributions means the fair market value of any Assets, cash or other property or assets contributed by way of capital to the Partnership by the Partners, from time to time, less the amount of liabilities assumed by the Partnership from the Partners pursuant to a Contribution Agreement.
Subsequent Capital Contributions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(b)(ii) of this Agreement.

Catch-up Contributions for a Participant for a taxable year may not exceed the dollar limit on Catch-up Contributions under Code Section 414(v)(2)(B)(i) for the taxable year. The dollar limit on Catch-up Contributions under Code Section 414(v)(2)(B)(i) is $1,000 for taxable years beginning in 2002, increasing by $1,000 for each year thereafter up to $5,000 for taxable years beginning in 2006 and later years. After 2006, the $5,000 limit will be adjusted by the Secretary of the Treasury for cost-of-living increases under Code Section 414(v)(2)(C). Any such adjustments will be in multiples of $500.

  • Principal Funding Account Balance means, with respect to any date of determination during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Funding Account on such date of determination.

  • Cash Contribution Amount means the aggregate amount of cash contributions made to the capital of the Issuer or any Guarantor described in the definition of “Contribution Indebtedness.”

  • Class C Invested Amount means, as of a date, an amount (not less than zero) equal to (a) the initial Note Balance of the Class C Notes, minus (b) the aggregate amount of any principal payments made to the Noteholders of the Class C Notes before that date, minus (c) the cumulative amount of unreimbursed Investor Charge-Offs applied to reduce the Class C Invested Amount under Section 4.3 of the Indenture Supplement before that date, minus (d) the cumulative amount of unreimbursed Reallocated Principal Collections applied to reduce the Class C Invested Amount under Section 4.4 of the Indenture Supplement before that date.

  • Contribution Amount has the meaning given in subsection 444-90(1A) in Schedule 1 of the Australian Taxation Administration Act 1953 (Cth).

  • Class B Initial Invested Amount means the sum of the aggregate initial principal amount of the Class B Certificates, which is $48,000,000 on the Closing Date, and the aggregate initial principal amount of any Additional Class B Certificates.
