Subsequent Conveyed Property definition

Subsequent Conveyed Property means, with respect to any Distribution Date and/or date of Dealer Collections Purchase, (i) the Loans added to Exhibit A hereto as of such date (including all rights of CAC under any Dealer Collections Purchase Agreement and any Purchased Loans and Related Security arising thereunder) and (ii) all Related Security with respect thereto.
Subsequent Conveyed Property means, with respect to any Distribution Date, (i) the Loans added to Exhibit A hereto as of such Distribution Date and (ii) all Related Security with respect thereto.
Subsequent Conveyed Property means, with respect to the date of any Incremental Funding, (i) the Loans added to Exhibit A hereto as of the date of such Incremental Funding and (ii) all Related Security with respect thereto.

Examples of Subsequent Conveyed Property in a sentence

  • Upon delivery and with respect to any Distribution Date during the Revolving Period on which Funding purchases Subsequent Conveyed Property, Exhibit A to this Agreement will be an accurate and complete listing in all material respects of all Loans and the related Contracts and any related Dealer Agreements that have been sold to Funding as of such date, and the information contained therein is and will be true and correct in all material respects as of such date.

  • Furthermore, CAC agrees to supplement and update Exhibit A by delivering to Funding a copy of the list delivered pursuant to Section 4.18 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, identifying the Purchased Loan Contracts and related Subsequent Conveyed Property identified therein arising from a Dealer Collections Purchase.

Related to Subsequent Conveyed Property

  • Other Conveyed Property means all property conveyed by the Seller to the Trust pursuant to Section 2.1(b) through (i).

  • Conveyed Property means the Initial Conveyed Property and the Subsequent Conveyed Property.

  • Conveyed Assets shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.

  • Additional Purchased Assets shall have the meaning set forth in Subsection 3(a).

  • Initial Receivables means the Receivables transferred to the Trust on the Closing Date as set forth on the Schedule of Receivables attached to the Initial SSA Assignment.

  • Purchased Property As defined in Section 2.01(a) of the Pooling Agreement.

  • Subsequent Receivables means the Receivables transferred to the Issuer pursuant to Section 2.2, which shall be listed on Schedule A to the related Subsequent Transfer Agreement.

  • Assigned Property means real and related personal property which, in the discretion of the Administrator or his designee, has been made available to the Department for transfer for public health purposes.
