Subsequent Project definition

Subsequent Project means any project, other than the Initial Project, for mining of minerals in the Olympic Dam Area or an Additional Olympic Dam Area, or the treatment of minerals extracted from any of those areas, and ancillary and related activities, including infrastructure, and includes, without limitation, any material expansion or other material variation of a Project, and also includes the production of Non-minesite Product and ancillary and related activities, including infrastructure, always both in conjunction with a Project for the production of Product and in accordance with Clause 32A;

Examples of Subsequent Project in a sentence

  • To the extent that the Project will require the grant of Subsequent Project Approvals that are discretionary in nature, such Subsequent Project Approvals shall be subject to review by the City during public hearings to the extent required by applicable laws.

  • Describe any Subsequent Project Approvals which have been issued or for which application has been made during this annual review period.

  • No amendment of a Project Approval or Subsequent Project Approval, or the approval of a Subsequent Project Approval, shall require an amendment to this Agreement.

  • No Default or Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, or shall occur as a result of the occurrence of such Subsequent Project Funding Date or Other Funding Date, as applicable.

  • The Project shall remain subject to all Subsequent Project Approvals required to complete the Project, including but not limited to: tentative maps, parcel maps, conditional use permits, PUD permits, development review and Minor Amendments to Specific Plan as defined in Section 14.3.1 of the Specific Plan.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing or anything in this Development Agreement to the contrary, to the extent the terms and provisions of this Development Agreement are in conflict with any Subsequent Project Approvals, subdivision agreement, or general or specific conditions of approval, the terms of this Development Agreement shall prevail and control.

  • The Borrower shall have delivered to the Administrative Agent a duly executed letter of direction directing the disbursement on such Subsequent Project Funding Date or Other Funding Date, as applicable, of the proceeds of the Loans made on such date or, if the Borrower elects not to deliver such letter of direction, the proceeds of such Loans shall be deposited into the Revenue Account.
