Subsequent Release definition

Subsequent Release means a release of the Software for use in a particular operating environment which supersedes the Software. A Subsequent Release is offered and expressly designated by Contractor as a replacement to a specified Software product. A Subsequent Release will be supported by Contractor in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Multiple Subsequent Releases may be supported by Contractor at any given time.
