Subsequent Relevant Transfer definition

Subsequent Relevant Transfer means a transfer of the employment of Subsequent Transferring Employees from the Contractor or any Employing Sub-Contractor to a New Provider or the Authority under the Transfer Regulations;

Subsequent Relevant Transfer means a transfer of employees assigned, engaged or employed in the provision of the Services from the Contractor or any Sub-Contractor to a New Provider under the Transfer Regulations;

Subsequent Relevant Transfer means a transfer of Subsequent Transferring Employees from the Contractor or any Sub-Contractor to the Authority and/or a New Provider or a sub-contractor of a New Provider under the Transfer Regulations;

• Where there is no agreement to the contrary, the Contractor shall provide the information within twenty eight (28) days of the request; and ensure that all pension, private health insurance and life assurance contributions and premiums due to be paid on behalf of any person engaged or employed by the Contractor in the provision of the Services who is to be subject to an onward transfer on the Subsequent Relevant Transfer Date have been paid in full at that date.

• To the extent anonymous data has been provided by the Contractor to the Authority or any New Provider pursuant to the Contractor’s obligations under Paragraphs 1.2, or 1.3 above the Contractor shall provide full data to the Authority or the New Provider no later than 14 days prior to the Subsequent Relevant Transfer.
