Subsidiaries Shares means all the issued and outstanding shares of capital stock of the Subsidiaries.

Subsidiaries Shares means all the fully paid ordinary shares comprising the entire issued share capital of each of the Subsidiaries, details of which are set out in Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1;

Subsidiaries Shares has the meaning specified in Section 3.04(a).

Subsidiaries Shares means one hundred percent (100%) of the issued and outstanding shares of any class of capital stock of each Subsidiary that the Company may now or hereafter own, control or hold, which stock as of this date is described on Schedule I attached hereto.
