Subsidiary Guarantor Requirements means the obligation of each Subsidiary Guarantor and each direct parent thereof (other than the Borrower) to at all times include in its constitutive documents the provisions set forth in Schedules III and IV hereto (as such provisions are modified solely for the purposes of conforming to the defined terms in the applicable constitutive documents).
Subsidiary Guarantor Requirements means the obligation of each Subsidiary Guarantor to adopt an operating agreement or limited partnership agreement, as applicable, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit G hereto, which operating agreement or limited partnership agreement, as applicable, must at all times include the provisions set forth in Section 9(c) thereof (the “SPE Provisions”) as such provisions are modified solely for the purposes of conforming to the defined terms in the applicable operating agreement or limited partnership agreement, as applicable.
