Sublicensee means a third party to whom LICENSEE grants a sublicense of certain rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement.
Substitute caregiver means any person other than the licensee, resident manager, floating resident manager, or shift caregiver who provides care and services in an AFH under the jurisdiction of the Department.
Sub-Licensee means all person/ agency with whom Licensee has executed sub license agreement as per terms and conditions of license agreement executed between DMRC and the Licensee, for commercial utilization of the Bare Spaces.
Substitute care means the out-of-home placement of a child or young adult who is in the legal or physical custody and care of the Department.
Substitute teacher means a person employed to perform the normal duties of a teacher who is absent.
Licensee has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Substitute Purchaser is defined in Section 21.
Pre-Licensed Therapist means an individual who has obtained a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy and is registered with the BBS as an Associate CSW or MFT Intern acquiring hours for licensing. An individual’s registration is subject to regulations adopted by the BBS.
Third Party Manufacturer means (i) a Third Party whose primary business is contract manufacturing, or (ii) a Third Party who has a contractual arrangement with Licensee or with a sublicensee of Licensee that includes manufacturing of Client Product and/or Drug Product by such Third Party for Licensee or such sublicensee.
Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.
Third Party Licensor means the relevant licensor of any Third Party Data or any Third Party Trade Xxxx;
Substitute Limited Partner means any Person admitted to the Partnership as a Limited Partner pursuant to Section 9.03 hereof.
Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.
Third Party Components means software and interfaces, licensed by RIM from a third party for incorporation into a RIM software product, or for incorporation into firmware in the case of RIM hardware products, and distributed as an integral part of that RIM product under a RIM brand, but shall not include Third Party Software.
Third Party Product means a product (whether hardware, software or services) supplied to you by a third party;
Substitute Option means an Option granted in substitution for, or upon the conversion of, an option granted by another entity to purchase equity securities in the granting entity.

Successor manufacturer means a manufacturer that acquires, succeeds to, or assumes any part of the business of another manufacturer as the result of any of the following:
Third Party License means licenses from third parties governing third party software embedded or used in the Trading Platform.
Licensed Field means all fields of use.
Licensed Fields of Use means the fields of use identified in Appendix B.
Replacement Product means electric generating capacity, capacity-related benefits, environmental attributes, Energy or other electric products from a generation resource other than the Facility that are provided or delivered to replace or substitute for Contract Capacity or Storage Capacity (or any Capacity-Related Benefit, Environmental Attribute, Other Electric Product, Contract Energy, or Storage Energy associated therewith), in each case, in whole or in part, pursuant to Section 4.6.
Licensor means the copyright owner or entity authorized by the copyright owner that is granting the License.
