Suburban Project definition

Suburban Project means a one to three story Multi-Family Housing Project with surface parking (non- Structured Parking) in Maricopa and Pima Counties.
Suburban Project means any Project in Maricopa or Pima County that does not qualify as an Urban Project, generally a one (1) to three (3) story Multi-Family Housing Project with at least seventy-five percent (75%) surface parking (non-Structured Parking).
Suburban Project means any Project in Maricopa or Pima County that does not qualify as an Urban Project, generally a one (1) to three (3) story Multi-Family Housing Project with at least 75% surface parking (non-Structured Parking) in Maricopa and Pima Counties.

  • Prior to January 1, 2013, the Company will operate under the existing Project Business Plan and Project Budget for each Project being used by TPG-Austin Portfolio Syndication Partners, LP, which has been approved by the Management Committee (which provide, or shall be amended to provide, that each Suburban Project will be listed for sale as soon as possible with the goal of consummating the sale of each Suburban Project during the Holding Period for the Suburban Projects).

More Definitions of Suburban Project

Suburban Project means the projects identified as Suburban Projects on Schedule 6.28 attached hereto and any other for-sale, three-story or less, residential attached or detached single family home project that is being constructed by a Borrower outside the City of Chicago and that includes no commercial or retail development (unless otherwise permitted by the Lenders).

Related to Suburban Project

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Infrastructure project means any activity related to the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of infrastructure in the United States regardless of whether infrastructure is the primary purpose of the project. See also paragraphs (c) and (d) of 2 CFR 184.4.

  • New Project means (a) each facility which is either a new facility, branch or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, branch or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.

  • townsite in relation to the townsite to be established near the harbour means a townsite (whether or not constituted and defined under section 10 of the Land Act) primarily to facilitate the Company’s operations in and near the harbour and for employees of the Company and in relation to the mining areas means such a townsite or townsites or any other townsite or townsites which is or are established by the Company for the purposes of its operations and employees on or near the mining areas in lieu of a townsite constituted and defined under section 10 of the Land Act;

  • Water surface elevation means the height, in relation to the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, where specified, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.
