Surface Parking definition

Surface Parking means parking spaces that are not covered by a building and are not enclosed by walls. Surface parking is also known as a “parking lot”.
Surface Parking means any parking area which is not contained within an enclosed structure, or is located adjacent to the first occupied level of a building and is uncovered.
Surface Parking means the approximately 125 parking spaces to be constructed on the Additional Property pursuant to the Parking Lease.

  • The Parking Devices will permit parking by each of Tenant’s employees who are issued such Parking Devices in the Parking Structure (“Parking Structure Devices” and “Parking Structure Spaces”, as applicable) and, if necessary, in the Surface Parking Lots (“Surface Parking Devices” and “Surface Parking Spaces”, as applicable) (and in the Off-Site Parking Areas, as provided in Section 26.3).

  • Work will be scheduled and coordinated with the associated Surface Parking Program.

  • Additionally, spaces in the surface parking lots associated with the Building and located on the Property ("Surface Parking") are provided for the non- exclusive and common use of Landlord, all tenants of the Building, and their respective guests and invitees.


More Definitions of Surface Parking

Surface Parking means the eighty-six (86) surface lot parking spaces and related improvements to be constructed by Tenant pursuant to this Lease and the Off-Site Improvement Agreement on that certain plot, piece, or parcel of land adjacent to the Land as further described in Exhibit F attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Surface Parking means the surface parking lots at the Airport for which ABPC has responsibility during the Lease Term, which as of the date hereof, shall be lots A, B, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5A, 5B and 6 and the Employee lot, all as shown on Exhibit G hereto, which Exhibit G may be amended from time to time by agreement of the State and ABPC; provided, however, that ABPC shall be deemed to have agreed to any change or modification to the Surface Parking lots location, size or configuration, which change is reasonably forecasted by the State to result in no decrease in the amount of Additional Payments received by the Developer after such change. Based upon demand, Lots 5A and 5B may be operated as overflow lots, which ABPC shall open and close depending upon the overall volume of use of the other Surface Parking lots.
Surface Parking means the surface parking lots at the Airport leased to ABPC pursuant to the Lease, as set forth in Exhibit G to the Lease, as the same may be modified from time to time in accordance with the Lease.

Related to Surface Parking

  • Surface water means all water which is open to the atmosphere and subject to surface runoff.

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.

  • Basement means any area of the building having its floor subgrade (below ground level) on all sides.

  • Leased Premises means the Leased Premises as defined in Paragraph 1.

  • Water surface elevation means the height, in relation to the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, where specified, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.

  • Common Area means all real property owned by the Association for the common use and enjoyment of the Owners.

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Buildings means , and BHK Apartments having One Block of Apartments a total of apartments of different types in G+ storied Block including such other constructions and/or structures, as may be constructed on the Premises by the Builder from time to time.
