Redistributable Files means the SOFTWARE files or other portions of the SOFTWARE that are provided by GC and are identified as such in the Documentation for distribution by You with the Developed Software.
Receivable File means the documents (whether tangible or electronic) specified in Section 2.02 pertaining to a particular Receivable.
Receivable Files means the documents specified in Section 3.3.
Case file means a record that is assembled and maintained for each application approved for state cost sharing.
Changeable filters means any filter, exclusive of inherent filtration, which can be removed from the useful beam through any electronic, mechanical, or physical process.
Lease File means, for each Lease, the Collateral Lease File applicable to such Lease.
Jobsite means the immediate work area within the property lines of a single construction project, alteration project, or maintenance project where electrical construction or alteration of electrical wiring is in progress.
Direct filtration means a series of processes including coagulation and filtration but excluding sedimentation resulting in substantial particulate removal.
Place of manufacture means the place where an end product is assembled out of components, or otherwise made or processed from raw materials into the finished product that is to be provided to the Government. If a product is disassembled and reassembled, the place of reassembly is not the place of manufacture.
Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.
Repo Custodian shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.
place of supply means the place of supply as referred to in Chapter V of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act;
Contractor System means the information and communications technology system used by the Contractor in performing the Services including the Software, the Contractor Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Authority System).
Contract File means with respect to each Contract, the physical and/or electronic files in which Credit Acceptance maintains the fully executed original counterpart or “authoritative copy” (in each case, for UCC purposes) of the Contract (to the extent required in accordance with Section 3.03 of this Agreement), either a standard assurance in the form commonly used in the industry relating to the provision of a certificate of title or other evidence of lien, the original or electronic instruments modifying the terms and conditions of such Contract and the original or electronic endorsements or assignments of such Contract.
Compact state means a state, U.S. commonwealth, possession or trust territory which is a signatory to the interstate compact on the placement of children.
Archives means the archives of Michigan.

Maintenance Supervisor (Tradesperson) means an employee who has trade qualifications and has overall responsibility for maintenance at the place of employment and may be required to supervise other maintenance staff.
Agency Office The office of the Issuing Entity maintained pursuant to Section 3.2 of the Indenture.
Corporate Trust Capacity means trustee, registrar, agency (including as paying agent, transfer agent, collateral agent, fiscal agent, escrow agent or similar agency capacity), servicer, master servicer, custodial (including document custody) or other similar capacity under a Corporate Trust Contract, and any rights or duties arising from, or the provision of any services in connection with, any such capacities.
Emergency medical services personnel means that term as defined in section 20904 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.20904.
Incident command system means: (a) An all-haz- ards, on-scene functional management system that estab- lishes common standards in organization, terminology, and procedures; provides a means (unified command) for the establishment of a common set of incident objectives and strategies during multiagency/multijurisdiction operations while maintaining individual agency/jurisdiction authority, responsibility, and accountability; and is a component of the national interagency incident management system; or (b) an equivalent and compatible all-hazards, on-scene functional management system.
Corporate Trust Office means the office of the Trustee at which, at any particular time, its corporate trust business shall be principally administered, which office at the date hereof is located at .
SOFR Administrator’s Website means the website of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, currently at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, or any successor source for the secured overnight financing rate identified as such by the SOFR Administrator from time to time.
