Jobsite definition

Jobsite means the immediate work area within the property lines of a single construction project, alteration project, or maintenance project where electrical construction or alteration of electrical wiring is in progress.
Jobsite means the site or area directly or indirectly owned, operated or controlled by the Owner in which the Contractor or Subcontractor performs work or delivers services to the Owner. For the purpose of this definition, “Jobsite” does not mean a remote work site not under the direct or indirect control of the Owner in which work is performed to fulfill the Contractor’s or Subcontractor’s obligations.
Jobsite means a site at which the Work shall be performed under this subcontract.

Examples of Jobsite in a sentence

  • Supplier shall not be entitled to any extension of time or any extra compensation on account of any postponement, interference or delay caused by any such facility, ditch or structure being on or adjacent to the Jobsite.

  • Supplier shall cooperate with Purchaser in scheduling the order of performance of the Work, and shall pursue the Work in such a manner to eliminate interference with other work being performed at the Jobsite.

  • Supplier shall at all times keep at least one copy of such plans accessible on the Jobsite, with all approved revisions entered in said copy and noted thereon.
