Contract Item or “Contract Items” means the list of items identified in Section
Parent item means the item assembly, intermediate component, or subassembly that has an embedded item with a unique item identifier or DoD recognized unique identification equivalent.
Punchlist Items means any items necessary at the time of the issuance of a temporary certificate of occupancy to complete fully the renovation of the Project Facilities in accordance with the Plans and Specifications for the Project Facilities, or required for the issuance of a final certificate of occupancy or its equivalent.
Punch List Items means such items (i) as are reasonably necessary or appropriate to fully complete the construction, equipping and furnishing of the Hotel in accordance with this Contract and (ii) that, unless otherwise agreed by Buyer in its sole discretion, (a) individually and in the aggregate do not and will not prohibit, cause a delay in or otherwise adversely affect, under applicable Legal Requirements, the Franchise Agreement or otherwise, the opening of the Hotel for business to the public or the continued occupancy and operation of the Hotel as contemplated under the Brand and (b) may be corrected or completed, subject to delays caused by Force Majeure, within not more than sixty (60) days.
End item means the final production product when assembled or completed and ready for delivery under a line item of this contract.
Disputed Item has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(e).
Central item means any item which is in italics in this Collective Agreement.
Commercial Item means a commercial item as defined in FAR 2.101.
Export Item means any Goods or Services, including commodities, software or technology provided by Sup- plier that is required to be exported or re-exported under the Contract.
Line Item means a field of information (or a combination of fields of information) to be entered in a Settlement Schedule by any Participating Subscriber in relation to a Conveyancing Transaction.
Recyclable material means those materials which would
Raw Materials means all raw materials, supplies, components and packaging necessary to manufacture and ship the Product in accordance with the Specifications, as provided in Exhibit A, but not including the API.

Disputed Items has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(b).
Tax Item means any item of income, gain, loss, deduction, credit, recapture of credit or any other item which increases or decreases Taxes paid or payable.
Work in Process means a Deliverable that has been partially prepared, but has not been presented to the State for Approval.
Procurement item means an item of personal property, a technology, a service, or a construction project.
Excess Inventory means all Inventory and Special Inventory possessed or owned by Flextronics that is not required for consumption to satisfy the next [***] of demand for Products under the then-current purchase order(s) and forecast.
Recyclable Materials means materials that are separated from mixed municipal solid waste for the purpose of recycling or composting, including paper, glass, plastics, metals, automobile oil, batteries, source-separated compostable materials, and sole source food waste streams that are managed through biodegradative processes. Refuse-derived fuel or other material that is destroyed by incineration is not a recyclable material. (Minn. Stat. § 115A.03, Subd. 25a)
Excess Concentration means the sum of the following amounts, without duplication:

Repair or replacement means the restoration of vehicles, vessels, or outboard
Wasteload allocation or "wasteload" or "WLA" means the portion of a receiving surface water's loading or assimilative capacity allocated to one of its existing or future point sources of pollution. WLAs are a type of water quality-based effluent limitation.
Major repair means either: (1) for a dispersal system, repairs required for an OWTS dispersal system due to surfacing wastewater effluent from the dispersal field and/or wastewater backed up into plumbing fixtures because the dispersal system is not able to percolate the design flow of wastewater associated with the structure served, or (2) for a septic tank, repairs required to the tank for a compartment baffle failure or tank structural integrity failure such that either wastewater is exfiltrating or groundwater is infiltrating.
