Summer Vacation Period definition

Summer Vacation Period means the period set out in Item 14 of the Information Table. Term means the period from the Commencement Date to the Expiry Date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement. Termination Fee means the termination fee calculated in Item 9 of the Information Table. Trademark means the registered or established common law proprietary rights to the University name, logo, symbols, emblem, sign, xxxx, and crest, or other marks that contribute to the University’s Intellectual Property. Unauthorised Furniture means any furniture not provided by the University, including chairs, mattresses, lamps, beanbags, couches, and desks that you bring on campus and into your accommodation or your common area.

University of Newcastle Student Living means the University personnel dedicated to the operation and management of University student accommodation on campus. University of Newcastle Student Living Portal means the University’s on-line payment facility at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx. University of Newcastle Student Living Standards means the University’s standards for the student living precinct created by the University and available on the University’s website, as varied or added to by the University in accordance with this Agreement.
Summer Vacation Period means a period of fourteen (14) weeks commencing with the first full week in the month of June.

Examples of Summer Vacation Period in a sentence

  • Exception: Summer Vacation Period — Students may participate in non-school competitions, meets, games, tournaments in the same sport they currently play at the high school level during the summer vacation period.

  • An employee's total earned vacation benefit shall be divided, as nearly as possible, into two (2) equal periods, one labeled Summer Vacation Period, and the other labeled Winter Vacation Period.

  • Scheduling of such leave shall be by mutual agreement however scheduled time off shall not be permitted during the Summer Vacation Period and Dec 15th to Jan 7th in each vacation year.

  • Deferred Rent Receivable - Deferred rent receivable consists of rental income recognized on a straight-line basis over the terms of the respective leases but will not be received until later periods as a result of rent concessions.

  • Fourteen (14) days to be taken in the Summer Vacation Period, and seven (7) days in the Fall Vacation Period.

Related to Summer Vacation Period

  • Operation Period means the period commencing from COD and ending on the Transfer Date;

  • Retention Period means the time period that the Customer Data is stored within the cloud storage, as specified in the product addenda.

  • Compensation Period has the meaning specified in Section 2.12(c)(ii).

  • Transition Period means the period beginning with the Registration Date and ending as of the earlier of: (i) the date of the first annual meeting of stockholders of the Company at which directors are to be elected that occurs after the close of the third calendar year following the calendar year in which the Registration Date occurs; and (ii) the expiration of the “reliance period” under Treasury Regulation Section 1.162-27(f)(2).

  • Promotion Period means the period the Promotion is open, as specified in clause 5.1.

  • Vacation Year means the twelve (12) month period commencing on the first (1st) day of April in each calendar year and concluding on the thirty-first (31st) day of March of the following calendar year.

  • Termination Period means the period of time beginning with a Change in Control and ending on the earlier to occur of (1) two years following such Change in Control or (2) the Executive’s death.

  • Post-Termination Period means a period of 12 months (subject to extension as set forth in Section 8(f)) following the effective date of the termination of Executive’s employment.

  • Matching Period has the meaning specified in Section 5.4(1)(e).

  • Bonus Period means the period for which a Bonus is payable. Unless otherwise specified by the Board, the Bonus Period shall be the fiscal year of the Company.

  • Benefit Period means the period of time from the date of the Accident causing the Injury for which benefits are payable, as shown in the Schedule of Benefits, and the date after which no further benefits will be paid.

  • Extended benefit period means a period which:

  • Employment Year means each twelve-month period, or part thereof, during which Employee is employed hereunder, commencing on the Commencement Date and on the same day of the subsequent calendar year and each consecutive 12 month period thereafter.

  • Vacation means annual vacation with pay.

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Post-Employment Period means the eighteen month period beginning on the date of termination of the Executive's employment with the Employer. If any covenant in this Section 8.2 is held to be unreasonable, arbitrary or against public policy, such covenant shall be considered to be divisible with respect to scope, time, and geographic area, and such lesser scope, time, or geographic area, or all of them as a court of competent jurisdiction may determine to be reasonable, not arbitrary, and not against public policy, shall be effective, binding, and enforceable against the Executive. The period of time applicable to any covenant in this Section 8.2 will be extended by the duration of any violation by the Executive of such covenant. The Executive shall, while the covenant under this Section 8.2 is in effect, give notice to the Employer, within ten days after accepting any other employment, of the identify of the Executive's employer. The Employer may notify such employer that the Executive is bound by this Agreement and, at the Employer's election, furnish such employer with a copy of this Agreement or relevant portions thereof.

  • Severance Period means the period of time commencing on the date of the first occurrence of a Change in Control and continuing until the earlier of (i) the second anniversary of the occurrence of the Change in Control and (ii) the Executive’s death.

  • Coverage Period means the time period specified on the Declarations Page beginning on the effective date and ending on the expiration date. All dates are as of 12:01 AM in the time zone of the Policyholder.

  • Contribution Period means the period specified in Article VI for which Employer Contributions shall be made.

  • Peak Period means the time between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. (April through September) or between 7a.m. and 11 p.m. (October through March) on all days except Saturdays and Sundays, which daily time period will be subject to change from time to time at the Company's option. This change would occur after no less than ten (10) days notice has been given to all Customers who would be affected, and to the Commission.

  • Hire Period means the period commencing when the Customer holds the Hire Goods on hire (including Saturdays Sundays and Bank Holidays) and ending upon the happening of any of the following events:

  • Service Period has the meaning given to it in Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off Terms) as refined by a Contracting Body in a Call Off Agreement between that Contracting Body and the Supplier;

  • Minimum Hire Period means the Minimum Hire Period as described on the invoices, quotation, authority to hire, or any other forms as provided by the Supplier to the Client.

  • Exploration Period means the period mentioned in Article 3 during which Exploration Operations may be carried out by the Contractor as provided in Article 3 hereof.

  • Contract Transition Period means the 90 day transition as defined in Section F of this Contract.

  • Nomination Period means, in respect of a Nomination, the period from the Nomination Start Time to the Nomination End Time;
