Summer Vacation Period definition

Summer Vacation Period means the period set out in Item 14 of the Information Table. Term means the period from the Commencement Date to the Expiry Date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement. Termination Fee means the termination fee calculated in Item 9 of the Information Table. Related to Summer Vacation Period

  • Operation Period means the period commencing from COD and ending on the Transfer Date;
