Suporte ao Desenvolvimento definition

Suporte ao Desenvolvimento consiste na assistência para instalação, uso, diagnóstico de problemas e correções de bugs para o Software aplicável usado para Fins de Desenvolvimento durante fases específicas do ciclo de vida da Red Hat (conforme referido na Cláusula 1.7 acima). O Suporte ao Desenvolvimento também consiste em orientações sobre arquitetura, design, desenvolvimento e prototipagem. Os pedidos de assistência para implantação e manutenção e/ou de assistência para Fins de Produção não estão incluídos no escopo do Suporte ao Desenvolvimento, mas estão disponíveis sob consultoria, nos termos de um contrato em separado.
