Supplemental Investment Account definition

Supplemental Investment Account means the portion of the Trust Fund that includes the Supplemental Before-Tax Investment Account and the Supplemental After-Tax Investment Account.
Supplemental Investment Account means that portion of the Trust Fund which, with respect to any Member or Deferred Member,
Supplemental Investment Account means that portion of the Trust Fund which, with respect to a Member, is attributable to his or her own Supplemental Contributions, other than those Supplemental Contributions redesignated as Savings Plus Contributions, and any investment earnings and gains or losses thereon. In the case of a Member who was a participant in the IDV Plan on December 31, 1998, the opening balance of his or her Supplemental Investment Account as of January 1, 1999 shall equal the amount credited to such Member’s “Supplemental Investment Account” under the IDV Plan as of the close of December 31, 1998. In the case of a Member who was a participant in the Guinness Plan on December 31, 1998 such opening balance shall equal the amount credited to such Member’s “Participant After-Tax Contribution Account” under such Plan as of the close of December 31, 1998. In the case of a Member who was a participant in the Seagram Plan as of the Closing, the Supplemental Investment Account shall include a sub-account to which shall be credited funds transferred to this Plan from the Seagram Plan that are attributable to his or her after-tax contributions under the Seagram Plan that were not subject to Company matching contributions, as adjusted for investment earnings or losses.

  • Asset Pool 1 Supplement means the Asset Pool 1 Supplement dated as of October 9, 2002, by and between the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, as amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • PIPE Investment Amount has the meaning specified in Section 6.16.

  • ESOP Account means a Participant’s account to which are credited Matching Contributions made to the Plan after March 31, 1989, and earnings and losses thereon.

  • Certificate Distribution Account has the meaning assigned to such term in the Trust Agreement.

  • Rollover Contribution Account means the separate Account maintained for a Member to record such Member's share of the Trust Fund attributable to any Rollover Contribution made to the Plan on his behalf.

  • PIPE Investment has the meaning specified in the Recitals hereto.

  • Interest Funding Account means the trust account designated as such and established pursuant to Section 5.01(a).
