Article VI. Article VI of the Credit Agreement is amended by adding a new Section 6.21 thereto to read in its entirety as follows:
Article VI. 13 SECTION 6.01.
Article VI. Either Contracting Party undertakes with regard to the other Contracting Party to facilitate, to the extent permitted by its legislation:
(a) the holding in its tetritory of economic and commercial exhibitions and displays;
(b) the importation into its territory of professional equipment and of material and equipment intended for technical work on behalf of governmental bodies or private enterprises and the re-exportation thereof.
1. Each Contracting Party shall ensure fair and equitable treatment to the investments, goods, rights and interests of nationals of the other Contracting Party and shall not impair the management, maintenance, use, enjoyment or disposal thereof by those nationals, by unjustified or discriminatory measures.
2. More particularly, each Contracting Party shall accord to such investments, goods, rights and interests the same security and protection as it accords either to those of its own nationals or to those of third States, whichever is more favourable to the investor.
1, The Contracting Parties recognise the principle of freedom of transfer of payments for current transactions and accordingly agree not to restrict such payments except to the extent that such restriction is permitted under the Articles of Agreement of the International Monetary Fund.
Article VI. In the GAZA-RAFAH area the Armistice Demarcation Line shall be as delineated in paragraph 2.B (i) of the Memorandum of 13 November 1948 on the implementation of the Security Council resolution of 4 November 1948, namely by a line from the coast at the mouth of the Wadi Hasi in an easterly direction through Deir Suneid and across the Gaza-Al Majdal Highway to a point 3 kilometres east of the Highway, then in a southerly direction parallel to the Gaza-Al Madjal [Majdal] Highway, and continuing thus to the Egyptian frontier.
Article VI. Replace the existing Article 6.03 with the following:

(a) (c) of the Current Agreement will be amended and replaced with the following: Consistent with past practice, each Sesame Street script for Seasons 56, 57, 58, 59 and 60 may be comprised of some combination of (i.) originally commissioned minutes of content (the “Original Minute(s)”) and/or (ii) reused minutes of content, that is content that has previously been used in a prior Season or in another episode of the current Season (the “Reused Minute(s)”). Sesame shall only be required to pay the Initial Original Minute Compensation (see definition below) for animated content appearing in an episode of Sesame Street (other than content that has been created and delivered as part of an acquired live-action film or animation as per historic practice) (an “Animated Sesame Insert(s)”). For the avoidance of doubt, the Initial Reused Minute Compensation (also defined below) will not be payable for reuse of an Animated Sesame Insert within Sesame Street. No residuals or reuse payments of any nature will be payable to any writers of Animated Sesame Inserts other than for the limited circumstance where Animated Sesame Inserts appear as part of a whole or entire episode of Sesame Street and only to the extent that such writer of the Animated Sesame Insert’s participation does not impact the total dollar amount of the participation pool; by way of example, 1.2% of accountable receipts or the fixed dollar participation that all writers share in for reuse on PBS (per VI.C.2. (a) of the Current Agreement) which amounts do not change regardless of the number of writers on an episode of Sesame Street.

Article VI. A. 5. of the Current Agreement shall be amended by including a “new” weekly writer rate. This new weekly writer rate shall apply i. regardless of number of weeks worked; and ii. to both one-hour programs and half-hour programs (the “New Series Weekly Writer Rate”). Sesame will pay Pension, Health and Paid Parental Leave contributions on any such freely negotiated rates.
Article VI. The provisions of this Article VII are in addition to the provisions of Article VI.
