Supplemental Positions definition

Supplemental Positions are defined as follows: positions paying a salary differential and listed under Section 8.033, entitled "Supplemental Positions and Percentages". All vacancies in the Supplemental Positions shall be publicized, by the Superintendent in all buildings.
Supplemental Positions. Any positions/jobs not covered by this agreement offered by the Oregon Board of Education (i.e., athletic ticket takers, scorekeepers, etc.), will be paid the hourly rate of pay as indicated by the Oregon Board of Education and this does not qualify the classified bargaining unit member for overtime pay.

Examples of Supplemental Positions in a sentence

  • They shall not qualify for renewal under Section 9.06 - Filling Supplemental Positions.

  • Non-Athletic Supplemental Positions All other supplemental positions shall be evaluated by the building principal, and based upon the job description for each position.

  • All other Supplemental Positions with duties only during part of the school year (Fall, Winter and Spring) will be paid two (2) times per season in as near equal one-half (1/2) amounts of the total supplemental salary as possible.

  • The Superintendent agrees to give due consideration to the professional background and attainments of all qualified applicants for Supplemental Positions.

  • All certificated openings for Supplemental Positions that occur during the school year, shall be adequately publicized by being posted in all buildings for ten (10) school days.

  • All applications for Supplemental Positions shall be hand-delivered to the Superintendent's Office, whereupon it will be date-stamped and initialed by the Superintendent, or shall be mailed to the Superintendent's office by certified mail with a return receipt or emailed to the Superintendent or the Superintendent’s designee according to the posting instructions.

  • Unless otherwise stated, the term coach shall be used interchangeably with other titles included in the Supplemental Positions.

  • It is recommended to approve the following Supplemental Positions for the 2021 - 2022 School Year.

  • Splain recommends the approval of the Supplemental Positions for the 2022-2023 School Year.

  • Memorandum of Understanding It is recommended to hereby approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ambridge Area School District and the Ambridge Area Education Association regarding Department Head Supplemental Positions, as presented.

Related to Supplemental Positions

  • service delivery and budget implementation plan means a detailed plan approved by the mayor of a municipality in terms of section 53(1) (c) (ii) for implementing the municipality’s delivery of municipal services and its annual budget.

  • mobility supplement means a supplement to which paragraph 9 of Schedule 4 refers;

  • State implementation plan or “SIP” means the plan adopted by the state of Iowa and approved by the Administrator which provides for implementation, maintenance, and enforcement of such primary and secondary ambient air quality standards as they are adopted by the Administrator, pursuant to the Act.

  • Current state fiscal year means the state fiscal year for which a particular calculation is made.

  • Limited Indexation Month means any month specified in the relevant Final Terms for which a Limited Indexation Factor is to be calculated;

  • Previously Absent Financial Maintenance Covenant means, at any time, any financial maintenance covenant that is not included in the Loan Documents at such time.

  • CMSA Operating Statement Analysis Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Operating Statement Analysis Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions generally.

  • Energy year or "EY" means the 12-month period from June 1st

  • Common Reporting Standard (CRS) means the Standard for Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information (“AEOFAI”) in Tax Matters and was developed in response to the G20 request and approved by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Council on 15 July 2014, calls on jurisdictions to obtain information from their financial institutions and automatically exchange that information with other jurisdictions on an annual basis. It sets out the financial account information to be exchanged, the financial institutions required to report, the different types of accounts and taxpayers covered, as well as common due diligence procedures to be followed by financial institutions.

  • Environmental and Social Management Plan or “ESMP” means a site-specific environmental and social management plan to be prepared in accordance with the parameters laid down in the ESMF and acceptable to the Association, setting forth a set of mitigation, monitoring, and institutional measures to be taken during the implementation and operation of the Project activities to eliminate adverse environmental and social impacts, offset them, or reduce them to acceptable levels, and including the actions needed to implement these measures.

  • Financial reporting year means the latest consecutive twelve-month period for which any of the following reports used to support a financial test is prepared:

  • SWS wage assessment agreement means the document in the form required by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations that records the employee’s productive capacity and agreed wage rate

  • CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report The monthly report in the “Operating Statement Analysis Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Continuing care retirement community means a residential

  • financial recovery plan means a plan prepared in terms of section 141 of the MFMA

  • Supplemental Services means services or items that are provided on a limited basis to complement the care provided by the caregiver.

  • Operating Statement Analysis Report format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Benefit Schedule means a schedule of benefits attached to these Terms and Benefits which sets out, among others, the benefit items and maximum benefits covered.

  • Underground source of drinking water means an aquifer or its portion:

  • traditional communities means communities recognised in terms of section 3 of the Eastern Cape Traditional Leadership and Governance Act, 2005 (Act No. 4 of 2005).

  • National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) means the national program for issuing, modifying, revoking and reissuing, terminating, monitoring, and enforcing permits and imposing and enforcing pretreatment requirements, under Sections 307, 318, 402, and 405 of CWA. The term includes an approved program.

  • Deconsolidation shall have the meaning provided in the Recitals.

  • Supplemental Conditions means those terms and conditions, if included in the Agreement by mutual written agreement of the Parties, which add to or modify the Agreement and are incorporated by reference as if fully set forth in the Agreement. In the case of a conflict between the Supplemental Conditions and the Agreement, the Supplemental Conditions shall prevail.

  • Deconsolidation Date means the last date on which SpinCo qualifies as a member of the affiliated group (as defined in Section 1504 of the Code) of which Parent is the common parent.

  • Supplemental Retirement Plan means (i) the Company’s Amended and Restated Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan, (ii) the Company’s Supplemental Management Retirement Plan, (iii) the Company’s Amended and Restated Top Hat Restoration Plan, and (iv) the Company’s Defined Contribution Restoration Plan.

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.
