Ticket Takers. A flat rate of $12.50 per night will be paid to those teachers who take and sell tickets on nights of athletic events.
Ticket Takers. The Union shall select the Employees in each classification based on their years of uninterrupted service, beginning with the longest-serving employee. For the purpose of this agreement, as of September 1, 2022 (the ratification date of this Agreement) seniority is given to those employees who a) are members of the Union as of January 1, 2016 and who have worked at least fifty five (55) Major Events during the previous calendar year; b) become members of the Union after January 1, 2016 and who have worked at least sixty (60) Major Events during the previous calendar year; or c) become members of the Union after September 1, 2022 and who have worked at least sixty-five (65) Major Events during the previous calendar year. An Employee will be exempted from this if the absence is due to active military service or prolonged medical leave with proper documentation. Attendance Bonus: Within seven (7) days of the termination of the pay period during which the final Major Event of each calendar year occurs, the Employer shall calculate and pay earned attendance bonuses to eligible bargaining unit employees based on the formula below. Employees are only eligible for a payment amount based upon the highest bonus level which correlates to the total number of Major Events worked (as defined in the Chart below). In the event of Reduced Capacity Events, bonuses may be prorated accordingly and the Union and the Employer will meet and discuss any proration in good faith. Seniority: Attendance for the 2020 and 2021 seasons will not be included in calculations for purposes of seniority.

Ticket Takers. All employees interested in working as ticket takers will submit their interest to the Athletic Director. If more than one employee is interested, a rotation will be created. Ticket takers will be paid $25 an hour. Extra-Curricular- See Appendix C Bargaining unit members who perform the duties of a coach or activity sponsor in the same sport or activity for five (5) consecutive years in this District shall receive a 5% longevity bonus on the regular coaching or sponsorship stipend as forth in Appendix C. After a bargaining unit member completes the five (5) consecutive years of service as a coach or activity sponsor in the same sport or activity, then the member shall be eligible for a longevity bonus based on cumulative years of service in the same sport or activity of 10% after ten (10) years, 20% after twenty (20) and 25% after twenty-five (25) years on the regular coaching or activity stipend. For the purposes of calculating consecutive years of service in an activity, it is understood that service as 8th Grade, Freshmen, Sophomore, Junior and Senior Class Sponsor shall be considered the same activity even though paid at different stipends for each class. Any longevity bonus will be applied to the class sponsor stipend rate the member is receiving in that year.
