Ticket Takers. A flat rate of $15 per night will be paid to those teachers who take and sell tickets on nights of athletic events.

Ticket Takers. All employees interested in working as ticket takers will submit their interest to the Athletic Director. If more than one employee is interested, a rotation will be created. Ticket takers will be paid $25 an hour. Bargaining unit members who perform the duties of a coach or activity sponsor in the same sport or activity for five (5) consecutive years in this District shall receive a 5% longevity bonus on the regular coaching or sponsorship stipend as forth in Appendix C. After a bargaining unit member completes the five (5) consecutive years of service as a coach or activity sponsor in the same sport or activity, then the member shall be eligible for a longevity bonus based on cumulative years of service in the same sport or activity of 10% after ten (10) years, 20% after twenty (20) and 25% after twenty-five (25) years on the regular coaching or activity stipend. For the purposes of calculating consecutive years of service in an activity, it is understood that service as 8th Grade, Freshmen, Sophomore, Junior and Senior Class Sponsor shall be considered the same activity even though paid at different stipends for each class. Any longevity bonus will be applied to the class sponsor stipend rate the member is receiving in that year.
Ticket Takers. The Union shall select the Employees in each classification based on their years of uninterrupted service, beginning with the longest-serving employee. For the purpose of this agreement, as of September 1, 2022 (the ratification date of this Agreement) seniority is given to those employees who a) are members of the Union as of January 1, 2016 and who have worked at least fifty five (55) Major Events during the previous calendar year; b) become members of the Union after January 1, 2016 and who have worked at least sixty (60) Major Events during the previous calendar year; or c) become members of the Union after September 1, 2022 and who have worked at least sixty-five (65) Major Events during the previous calendar year. An Employee will be exempted from this if the absence is due to active military service or prolonged medical leave with proper documentation.   • Tickets Each Ticket represents a limited, revocable license to enter the Venue to attend the specific Event listed on the applicable Ticket. No person, except for attendees under the age of three, may enter the Venue without a Ticket, and re-entry is prohibited. Failure to comply with this Agreement shall result in forfeiture of this license and all rights arising hereunder without refund or credit and shall entitle KSE to pursue all legal remedies available.

  • Instructors 7.1 All instructors teaching COLLEGE courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement must meet the minimum qualifications for instruction in a California community college as set forth in sections 53410 and 58060 of Title V of the California Code of Regulations, as required or hired as part of an Instructional Service Agreement. Instructor qualifications are consistent with requirements courses given by the WVMCCD. Cal. Code Regs., Title 5, § 53410. 7.2 Consistent with the terms negotiated between WVMCCD and the faculty union, WVMFT instructors for courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement shall be assigned as follows: • Courses will first be offered to regular faculty of COLLEGE that meet the above- stated minimum qualifications and have participated. • If courses are not filled by regular faculty, they will be offered to COLLEGE adjunct faculty who possess contractual rehire preference rights, and who meet the above-stated minimum qualifications. • If courses are still not filled, they may be offered to junior adjunct faculty and employees of CUHSD who meet the above-stated minimum qualifications. 7.3 WVMCCD shall be solely responsible for all salaries, wages, and benefits due to dual enrollment faculty who are WVMCCD employees. The CUHSD shall be solely responsible for the salaries, wages, and benefits due to the dual enrollment faculty who are CUHSD employees, unless otherwise agreed by CUHSD and WVMCCD. 7.4 The CCAP Agreement Appendix A shall specify which participating institution, either CUHSD or WVMCCD, will be the employer of record for purposes of assignment monitoring and reporting to the county office of education. (Ed. Code § 76004 (m)(1).) 7.5 CUHSD will assume reporting responsibilities pursuant to applicable federal teacher quality mandates. (Ed. Code § 76004 (m)(2).) 7.6 Instructors who teach courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement must provide the supervision and control reasonably necessary for the protection of the health and safety of students and may not have any other assigned duty during the instructional activity. In the event of an emergency during the teaching of a course, instructors will act in accordance with WVMCCD policies, procedures and code of conduct and inform CUHSD as soon as reasonably possible. If the course is held on CUHSD property, instructors shall follow the direction of the Principal or his/her designee to coordinate the safety of the students in attendance during the emergency. 7.7 Instructors who teach courses under this CCAP Agreement shall comply with the fingerprinting requirements set forth in Ed Code section 45125 or as amended; the tuberculosis testing and risk assessment requirements of California Health and Safety Code section121525 or as amended; completion of training on mandated reporting as set forth in Education Code section 44691or as amended; and submission of a New Employee Data Input Form (i.e., Emergency Contact Information). In addition to any other prohibition or provision, no person who has been convicted of a violent or serious felony, as defined by Education Code section 44332.6 (c) shall be eligible to teach any courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement or otherwise provide services on a CUHSD site. The CCAP Agreement Appendix shall specify additional procedures for faculty under this agreement. 7.8 Prior to teaching, faculty provided by the CUHSD shall receive discipline-specific training and an orientation from WVMCCD at COLLEGE regarding, but not limited to, course curriculum, assessment criteria, pedagogy, course philosophy, testing and grading procedures record keeping, and other instructional responsibilities. Said training shall be approved by WVMCCD. In the event WVMCCD and CUHSD disagree regarding faculty training guidelines, the parties agree to meet and confer in good faith. If the parties cannot reach agreement within a reasonable time, WVMCCD shall make the final decision regarding the appropriate training and orientation for CUHSD faculty. 7.9 Faculty provided by the CUHSD may participate in professional development activities sponsored by the WVMCCD and shall be encouraged to participate in ongoing collegial activities address items such as address course content, course delivery, assessment, evaluation, and/or research and development in the field. 7.10 Faculty performance of all instructors, regardless of whether they are WVMCCD or CUHSD employees shall be evaluated by WVMCCD using the adopted evaluation process and standards for faculty of the WVMCCD. In conducting the evaluation, WVMCCD will provide CUHSD the opportunity to provide input. Such input will be given reasonable consideration. 7.11 WVMCCD shall determine the number of instructors, the ratio of instructors to students, and the subject areas of instruction, subject to approval by CUHSD. In the event of any disagreement, the parties agree to meet and confer in good faith. If the parties do not reach agreement, WVMCCD shall make the final determination.

  • Rosters 8.1 As far as practically possible, the Employer will draw up a roster 1 week in advance. Changes to rosters may occur with 24 hours notice or, subject to the availability of the Employee, with less notice if by mutual consent. 8.2 The Employer will ordinarily roster Employees in a manner that is both fair and equitable to ensure that, where applicable, the allocation of weekend and public holiday hours are equally divided between Employees on a rotating basis.

  • Jacket The term “jacket” refers to a single enclosed outer covering containing communications wires, fibers, or other communications media. As used in this Agreement, the term “jacket” refers to the outermost sheath or jacket of a cable.

  • Links If The Services are made available through the Internet, the Financial Institution’s website may provide links to other websites, including those of Third Parties who may also provide services to You. You acknowledge that all those other websites and Third Party services are independent from the Financial Institution’s and may be subject to separate agreements that govern their use. The Financial Institution and Central 1 have no liability for those other websites or their contents or the use of Third Party services. Links are provided for convenience only, and You assume all risk resulting from accessing or using such other websites or Third Party services.

  • Onboarding The parties acknowledge that the City provides a new employee orientation (onboarding) to each new employee hired by the City. As such, the Union will be provided with not less than 10 calendar days’ advanced notice of the time, date, and location of the onboarding of any new employee represented by the Union. The Union will be given 30- minutes at the start of the new employee onboarding in a room designated by the City for no more than one (1) representative to present Union membership information. The City representative will excuse him or herself during the Union portion of the onboarding. The Union agrees in its portion of the onboarding not to engage in speech that could cause disruption or material interference with City activities. The City will provide 30 minutes of Union Release Time to the Union representative presenting the Union membership information during the scheduled onboarding. The Union shall provide the Union representative’s immediate supervisor with the Union representative’s name at least five (5) days prior to the onboarding. The Union representative shall be released for this purpose unless unusual operation needs interfere with such release in which case the Union representative’s immediate supervisor will provide a written explanation of why release could not be approved. If the Union representative is not released due to department operational needs, the Union representative may arrange an alternative date and time to meet with the newly hired employee within the first two (2) weeks of employment, subject to the 30-minutes onboarding and Union Release Time requirements as stipulated above.

  • Packages a. CLIENT has purchased one or more of the following packages (the “Package”) as Full Season, Single Game or Bundled Packages from TAILGATE GUYS as reflected in the order placed with TAILGATE GUYS by CLIENT and incorporated herein by reference upon payment therefore: (i) Varsity (ii) Letterman (iii) All-American (iv) Club b. The Tailgating Services provided by TAILGATE GUYS pursuant to this Agreement may, at the option of CLIENT and subject to availability, include a media package comprised of a television, stand, connection to a satellite, connection to a receiver, and power source (a “Media Package”). CLIENT acknowledges and agrees that TAILGATE GUYS has no control over television broadcasts and shall not be held accountable for any channel “blackouts” caused by contract disputes or any lack of service due to inclement weather or other availability issues. In the event of services issues resulting from setup or technical matters not covered in the aforementioned terms of this paragraph, any refund for services is limited to either the amount separately invoiced or the portion of a tailgate package price related to media package(s) based on TAILGATE GUYS’s current, standard rates for similar service as sold separately to the general public.

  • Classrooms The Board shall be responsible for maintaining a standard of cleanliness in each teacher’s classroom.

  • Directory To participate in the MnDOT TGB program, a business must be certified at the time of contract execution. Certified Targeted Group Businesses are listed in the Directory of Certified Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged and VET Vendors. MnDOT makes no representation as to any TGB’s technical or financial ability to perform the work. Prime contractors are solely responsible for performing due diligence in hiring TGB firms. A TGB’s failure to perform the work will not be considered justification for a compensation increase or time extension.
