Supplemental Rebate Amount definition

Supplemental Rebate Amount means, with respect to the Supplemental Covered Product(s), the amount(s) specified in the attached Supplemental Bid Matrix, Schedule 2, and Supplemental Rebate Calculation, Schedule 3, that the Manufacturer has agreed to reimburse Participating States per unit of drug in accordance with the formula detailed in the above Schedules. Where a Participating State has elected to include Medicaid MCO utilization as permitted under this Agreement and the Participating State Medicaid Plan, the term “Supplemental Rebate Amount” shall include the rebates invoiced hereunder with respect to such Medicaid MCO utilization, in addition to the applicable state fee-for-service Medicaid utilization and utilization under any state-funded, HHS-approved program(s) listed in Attachment A-1.
Supplemental Rebate Amount means, with respect to the Supplemental Covered Product(s), the amount(s) specified in the attached Supplemental Bid Matrix, Schedule 2 or a comparative attachment and Supplemental Rebate Calculation, Schedule 3 or a comparative attachment that the Manufacturer has agreed to reimburse Participating States per unit of drug in accordance with the formula detailed in the above-referenced Schedules or attachments.
Supplemental Rebate Amount means, with respect to the Covered Product(s), the amount(s) specified in Attachment A, and Supplemental Rebate Calculation, Attachment B, that the Manufacturer has agreed to reimburse Arkansas per unit of drug in accordance with the formula detailed in the above Attachments.

  • DMAP or its contractor shall calculate and invoice Manufacturer for the total State Supplemental Rebate Amount for the Quarter separately from CMS Basic or CMS CPI Rebates using the format set forth by CMS (Reconciliation of State Invoice format), consistent with the requirements of paragraphs D and E of this section 3.

More Definitions of Supplemental Rebate Amount

Related to Supplemental Rebate Amount

  • Rebate Amount means the amount, if any, required to be rebated to the United States pursuant to Section 148(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and the regulations and rulings thereunder.

  • Supplemental contract means a written agreement entered into for the distribution of proceeds under a life, health, or annuity policy or contract.

  • Supplemental Report means a Supplemental Report delivered by the Issuer to Treasury pursuant to the Definitive Agreement.

  • Supplemental Amount The amount deposited in the Supplemental Loan Account on the Closing Date, which shall equal $0.00.

  • Supplemental Transfer Date For any Supplemental Transfer Agreement, the date the related Supplemental Mortgage Loans are transferred to the Trust Fund pursuant to the related Supplemental Transfer Agreement.
