Return Amount has the meaning specified in Paragraph 3(b).
Accrual Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date prior to the applicable Accretion Termination Date and any Class of Accrual Certificates, an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Class A Interest Percentage of such Class of Accrual Certificates of the Current Class A Interest Distribution Amount and (ii) the Class A Interest Shortfall Percentage of such Class of Accrual Certificates of the amount distributed in respect of the Classes of Class A Certificates pursuant to Paragraph second of Section 4.01(a)(i) on such Distribution Date. As to any Distribution Date on or after the applicable Accretion Termination Date, zero.
Group I Basic Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the Group I Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date over (ii)(a) the Overcollateralization Release Amount, if any, for such Distribution Date multiplied by (b) the Group I Allocation Percentage.
Group II Basic Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the Group II Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date over (ii)(a) the Overcollateralization Release Amount, if any, for such Distribution Date multiplied by (b) the Group II Allocation Percentage.
Interest Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class A Certificates, any Mezzanine Certificates and any Class CE Certificates, the aggregate Accrued Certificate Interest on the Certificates of such Class for such Distribution Date.
Tax Limitation Amount means the maximum amount which may be placed as the Appraised Value on the Applicant’s Qualified Property for maintenance and operations tax assessment in each Tax Year of the Tax Limitation Period of this Agreement pursuant to Section 313.054 of the TEXAS TAX CODE.
Group I Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Group I Basic Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date and (ii)(a) the Extra Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date multiplied by (b) the Group I Allocation Percentage.
Group II Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Group II Basic Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date and (ii)(a) the Extra Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date multiplied by (b) the Group II Allocation Percentage.
True-Up Amount means the difference between the ABO calculated by using the member’s actual creditable service and the actual final average compensation as of the member’s effective date in the FRS Investment Plan and the ABO initially transferred.
Basic Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date over (ii) the Excess Subordinated Amount, if any, for such Distribution Date.
M3 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date and as long as a Trigger Event is not in effect with respect to such Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (x) the sum of (i) the aggregate Class Principal Amount of the Senior Certificates and the Class M1 and Class M2 Certificates, in each case after giving effect to distributions on such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class Principal Amount of the Class M3 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date exceeds (y) the M3 Target Amount.
Extra Principal Distribution Amount As of any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) the related Total Monthly Excess Spread for such Distribution Date and (y) the related Subordination Deficiency for such Distribution Date.
Cash Flow Distribution Amount As to any calendar month, the aggregate amount of principal distributable in respect of the Mortgage Securities in such calendar month.
Group II Senior Principal Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Group II Senior Percentage of the Principal Payment Amount for Loan Group II, (b) the Group II Senior Prepayment Percentage of the Principal Prepayment Amount for Loan Group II and (c) the Group II Senior Liquidation Amount.
Tax Distribution Amount means, with respect to a Member’s Units, whichever of the following applies with respect to the applicable Tax Distribution, in each case in amount not less than zero:
M1 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date and as long as a Trigger Event is not in effect with respect to such Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (x) the sum of (i) the aggregate Class Principal Amount of the Senior Certificates after giving effect to distributions on such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class Principal Amount of the Class M1 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date exceeds (y) the M1 Target Amount.
Class B-3 Principal Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date and so long as a Trigger Event is not in effect, an amount equal to the excess of (1) the sum of (A) the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Senior Certificates (after giving effect to the distribution of the Senior Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (B) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-1 Certificates (after giving effect to the distribution of the Class M-1 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (C) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-2 Certificates (after giving effect to the distribution of the Class M-2 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (D) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-3 Certificates (after giving effect to the distribution of the Class M-3 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (E) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-4 Certificates (after giving effect to the distribution of the Class M-4 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (F) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-5 Certificates (after giving effect to the distribution of the Class M-5 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (G) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-6 Certificates (after giving effect to the distribution of the Class M-6 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (H) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-7 Certificates (after giving effect to the distribution of the Class M-7 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (I) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B-1 Certificates (after giving effect to the distribution of the Class B-1 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (J) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B-2 Certificates (after giving effect to the distribution of the Class B-2 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date) and (K) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B-3 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date, over (2) the lesser of (A) 94.20% of the Pool Balance as of the last day of the related Remittance Period and (B) the Pool Balance as of the last day of the related Remittance Period minus the OC Floor; provided, however, that after the Certificate Principal Balances of the Senior, Class M-1, Class M-2, Class M-3, Class M-4, Class M-5, Class M-6, Class M-7, Class B-1 and Class B-2 Certificates are reduced to zero, the Class B-3 Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date will equal 100% of the Principal Distribution Amount.
Class Interest Distribution Amount As to each RCR Class and each Distribution Date, an amount equal to interest accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period (computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months) at the applicable Interest Rate on the Class Balance thereof immediately prior to such Distribution Date.
Reference Amount means, for each share of Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock, an amount equal to the sum of the following amounts:
Broken Amount means, in respect of any Interest Payment Date, the amount specified in the relevant Final Terms.
Class A-P Principal Distribution Amount As defined in Section 4.02.
Group I Senior Principal Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Group I Senior Percentage of the Principal Payment Amount for Loan Group I, (b) the Group I Senior Prepayment Percentage of the Principal Prepayment Amount for Loan Group I and (c) the Group I Senior Liquidation Amount.
Calculation Amount means the amount specified as such on the face of any Note, or if no such amount is so specified, the Denomination Amount of such Note as shown on the face thereof;
Group 1 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date is the sum of (i) the Group 1 Basic Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date and (ii) the product of (a) the Overcollateralization Increase Amount for such Distribution Date and (b) the Group 1 Percentage.
Class B-2 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the sum of (A) the aggregate Class Certificate Balances of the Class A Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class A Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (B) the aggregate Class Certificate Balance of the Sequential Class M Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Sequential Class M Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (C) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class M-4 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-4 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (D) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class M-5 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-5 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (E) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class M-6 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-6 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (F) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class M-7 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-7 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (G) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class M-8 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-8 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (H) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class M-9 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-9 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (I) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class B-1 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class B-1 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date) and (J) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class B-2 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date, over (ii) the lesser of (A) the product of (x) 95.80% and (y) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date, and (B) the excess, if any, of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date over the Overcollateralization Floor.
Valuation Amount means, in respect of each Mortgaged Vessel, the value thereof as most recently determined under clause 8.2.2; and
