Supplemental Storage definition

Supplemental Storage means the use of unsaturated soils to store Conserved Water in the event that CADIZ is unable to or prevented from delivering Conserved Water to the CRA because there is insufficient capacity in the CRA, and is further defined in Section 2.2(d).
