Supplemental Trust Agreements means, collectively, (a) one or more supplemental trust agreements between the COP Trustee and COP Service Corporations, entered into with the consent of FGIC and (b) one or more supplemental trust agreements between the COP Trustee and COP Service Corporations, entered into with the consent of Syncora, in each case to be executed prior to the Effective Date, which agreements shall, among other things, for purposes of distributions of trust assets explicitly supersede the 2005 COPs Agreement and the 2006 COPs Agreement, which incorporates by reference Sections 6.5 and 9.1 of each Contract Administration Agreement and Section 8.03 of each COP Service Contract.
