Supplemental Warrant Indenture definition

Supplemental Warrant Indenture has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 10.4;
Supplemental Warrant Indenture means the supplemental warrant indenture dated September 1, 2023, among IberAmerican, Iber Inc. and Odyssey Trust Company, as warrant agent thereunder, governing the terms of the IberAmerican Warrants;
Supplemental Warrant Indenture. ’ means a supplemental indenture, in form and content satisfactory to each of the Company and Capstone, acting reasonably, to be entered into by the Company, Capstone and Equity Financial Trust Company, as warrant agent, to evidence the succession by Capstone as the successor pursuant to and in accordance with the terms of the Company Warrant Indenture.

Related to Supplemental Warrant Indenture

  • Warrant Indenture means the warrant indenture pursuant to which the Warrants will be created and issued dated as of the Closing Date and entered into between the Corporation and the Warrant Agent; and
