Supplied Items definition

Supplied Items means the Product or precursors or components thereof. “Territory” means worldwide, subject to the provisions of Section 5.5.3.
Supplied Items means the items necessary for the Development, which XXXXX and COMPANY shall supply to each other.

  • End item means the final production product when assembled or completed and ready for delivery under a line item of this contract.

Items can be classified as scrap if processed by cutting, tearing, crushing, mangling, shredding, or melting. Intact or recognizable components and parts are not "scrap."

  • Product Inventory means all inventory of the Product owned by Seller or its Affiliates as of the Closing, including raw materials, work-in-process, bulk form drug and finished Product.
