Public and Product Liability Insurance. The Employer will maintain Public and Product Liability insurance that adequately covers all employees for all aspects of their work, including work carried out for the employer under the individuals licence. Where the employer does not maintain adequate insurance, and a claim is made against an employee, the employer will indemnify the individual concerned.

Public and Product Liability Insurance. The Supplier must insure against any claim in respect of: i . loss or destruction of, or injury or damage to, or loss of use of any real or personal property of; and/or ii . any personal injury to or death of, any person that arose out of, or was caused by, any act or omission of, or the supply or non-supply of the Goods and/or Services by the Supplier or the Supplier Personnel (Third Party Claims), and the insurance must: iii . provide general and public liability to a limit of not less than $20,000,000.00 in respect of any one claim and unlimited as to the number of claims; and iv . include the Buyer as an additional insured with respect to the liability incurred as a result of the acts or omissions of the Supplier;
Public and Product Liability Insurance. The Employer will maintain Public and Product Liability insurance that adequately covers all Employees for all aspects of their work, including work carried out for the Employer under the individual’s licence. Where the Employer does not maintain adequate insurance, and a claim is made against an Employee, the Employer will indemnify the individual concerned. This clause applies to training other than apprenticeship training or an equivalent contract for training. All parties covered by this Agreement acknowledge the changing pace of technology in the industry and the need for the Employer and Employees to understand those changes and have the necessary skill requirements to keep the Employer at the forefront of the industry. Where it is agreed by the Employer that additional training should be taken by an Employee, that training may be undertaken either on or off the job. Where courses are available during normal working hours, the Employee has first option of attending training at these times without loss of pay. If practicable, training will be provided on site to minimise down time and costs to the Employer. Where the Employer requires the Employee to attend training and the training can only be provided out of hours, the Employee will be paid at ordinary rates for all time required to complete the training. The Employer must consider the Employee’s individual circumstances before making training outside hours mandatory. All reasonable cost associated with training, including meals, accommodation and course fees, will be paid by the Employer.

COI must be provided to GSK before any use of the facility will be permitted. GSK may, at any time, require the User to show proof of the required insurance.

Public and Product Liability Insurance. Public Liability Insurance and Product Liability Insurance covering all Claims and Loss, however caused, including but not limited to: (1) in respect of: (A) any injury or illness to or death of any person; (B) any physical loss, damage or destruction to any property including that of the Principal; and (C) the loss of use of tangible property whether that tangible property has been physically lost, destroyed or damaged or not; and (2) arising out of or connected with any act, matter or thing relating to the Maintenance Work. These insurances must each: (A) provide cover in respect of each and every occurrence to an amount of not less than the amount shown in item 3(b) of the Schedule, in respect of all Loss; and (B) be maintained for the Maintenance Period.
