Supply and installation contract means a contract under which the material is installed by the supplier, the material is installed by means of simple fasteners or connectors such as screws or nuts and bolts and no other work of any kind is per- formed on the site of a project, and the total labor cost to install the material does not exceed 20% of the total cost of the supply and installation contract.
