Deemed Contract. Each director is deemed to have contracted with the Company on the terms of the indemnity referred to in Article 17.1.
Deemed Contract. (a) If you own or occupy a premises where a supply of electricity is provided and you do not have a contract for the supply of electricity with Bord Gáis Energy, as the registered supplier of the premises, then the Premises will be considered to be supplied by us under a Deemed Contract.
(b) The Deemed Contract will be between us, Bord Gáis Energy, and you, the owner or occupier of the Premises. The Deemed Contract will start on the date when you begin to take a supply of electricity in the absence of a contract for supply and shall end on the date on which we or another supplier is registered with the MRSO as the supplier of the Premises or on the date on which we cease to supply the Premises, whichever is the earliest.
(c) If you are being supplied under a Deemed Contract:
i. we will send you a notice informing you of this and advising you that you are liable to pay for any electricity consumed under a Deemed Contract; and
ii. our standard Conditions of Supply for Gas SME Business Customers will apply to you;
iii. you will be charged our standard gas tariff (which shall include applicable charges, taxes and levies) for business customers for any gas supplied. Our standard gas tariff is published on our website at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx or can be obtained by calling us on 0000 000 000 iv. you will be bound by Gas Networks Ireland Terms and Conditions for Gas Users at Non Ireland informs the Supplier that there is any Daily Metered (NDM) Offtake Points (if you risk of fire or explosion or injury to persons or property by reason
iv) of any defects or suspected defects in the Appliances and this is not rectified within a reasonable period of time;
v) if the Supplier reasonably considers that there is a risk of fire or explosion or injury to persons or property due to the supply of Natural Gas to the Premises; or
vi) if a last resort supply direction is given to another supplier in respect of the Premises, in which event the Agreement will terminate on the date that the direction takes effect.
g) The termination of the Agreement, however arising, will not affect the rights and duties of either party, accrued prior to termination.
h) Further information in relation to our policy and procedures for causing premises to be disconnected from the Natural Gas network is set out in our Code of Practice on “Bill Payment” which may be obtained by contacting us in accordance with Condition 22 or by visiting our website (www. xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx).
Deemed Contract. A situation may arise where The Customer may not agree contractual terms with The Company to extend its current supply agreement. The Customer will then be put onto a Deemed Contract, up until a new contract is agreed going forward.
Deemed Contract. Each person specified in Article 21.2 is deemed to have contracted with the Company on the terms of the indemnity referred to in that Article.
Deemed Contract. 3.1. If you have become responsible for the Property where we currently supply Energy to you or otherwise you have become legally responsible for the Metering at the Property supplied by us, you will have a Deemed Contract with us.
3.2. A Deemed Contract comes into force on either: 3.2.1.The date we began to supply you with Energy;

Deemed Contract. Deemed Contract. 1.1 Paragraph 8 of Schedule 2B to the Gas Act provides for certain circumstances in which the owner or occupier of premises will be deemed to have contracted with Smartest for the supply of gas to those premises. Smartest made a scheme pursuant to that paragraph on 01/09/2018. In accordance with that scheme, these are the terms and conditions which are to be incorporated into the resulting deemed contracts. These Terms and Conditions apply from 01st July 2024 Note that the terms and conditions of this deemed contract will differ from those that would apply if a contract for the supply of gas was agreed for further information.
Deemed Contract. 2.1 With effect from the relevant Contract Start Date, a Customer shall be deemed to have contracted with SSE Energy Supply Ltd for a supply of electricity at the Relevant Premises in accordance with a Deemed Contact which incorporates the Terms and Conditions.
2.2 No collateral agreement between SSE Energy Supply Ltd and a Customer shall have the effect of varying any of the Terms and Conditions unless:
(a) it is expressly contemplated in the Terms and Conditions; and
(b) it is comprised in a written document signed by a duly authorised representative of SSE Energy Supply Ltd.
Deemed Contract. 28.1 If you own or occupy a premises where a supply of gas is provided and you do not have a contract for the supply of gas with Bord Gáis Energy, as the registered supplier of the premises, then the premises will be considered to be supplied by us under a Deemed Contract.
28.2 The Deemed Contract will be between us, Bord Gáis Energy, and you, the owner or occupier of the Premises. The Deemed Contract will start on the date when you begin to take a supply of gas in the absence of a contract for supply and shall end onthe date on which we or another supplier
28.3 If you are being supplied under a Deemed Contract:
(i) we will send you a notice informing you of this and advising you that you are liable to pay for any gas consumed under a Deemed Contract; and
(ii) these standard Conditions of Gas Supply for Fuel Variation Tariff Customers will apply to you; and
(iii) you will be charged our standard gas tariff (which shall include applicable charges, taxes and levies) for Fuel Variation Tariff Customers for any gas supplied. Our standard gas tariff is published on our website at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx or can be obtained by calling us on 00 000 00 00.
(iv) You will be bound by Gas Networks Ireland Terms and Conditions for Gas Users at Non Daily Metered (NDM) Offtake Points.
