First Shipment Date definition

First Shipment Date means the first day after April 1, 2010, when HOKU commences deliveries to TIANWEI of Products pursuant to this Agreement.
First Shipment Date means the date of the first shipment of Product by ABBOTT to a Third Party, as evidenced by an ABBOTT sales invoice generated and sent to a Third Party, but in no event more than ninety (90) days after FDA approval of the Product.
First Shipment Date means the first day of the calendar month in which HOKU commences deliveries to SOLARFUN of Products pursuant to this Agreement.

Examples of First Shipment Date in a sentence

  • Starting on the First Shipment Date and each Year during the term of this Agreement thereafter, TIANWEI agrees to purchase from HOKU, and HOKU agrees to sell to TIANWEI, the Minimum Annual Quantity of Product at the prices set forth on Appendix 1 to this Agreement (the “Pricing Schedule”).

  • For each line of Licensed Products, Licensee shall not be permitted to begin selling into the mass market until at least twelve months after the First Shipment Date of such line.

  • If Licensee has a First Shipment Date for a new line of Licensed Products within the first fifteen months following the First Shipment Date for the previous line of Licensed Products, then Licensee shall be free to begin selling the previously launched line to mass market upon the First Shipment Date of the new line, but in no event earlier than twelve months following the First Shipment Date of the previous line.

  • The term of this Agreement (the "Initial Term") shall commence on the date of signature of this Agreement by both parties, and shall expire eight (8) years after the date of the first shipment of Product ("First Shipment Date"), unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, and shall be renewable by BUYER for five (5) subsequent periods of three (3) years each.

  • Refining Premiums as shown in Exhibit B (attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference) are guaranteed for a period of five (5) years from First Shipment Date (as defined in Section 8(A) hereof.


More Definitions of First Shipment Date

First Shipment Date means the first day after November 30, 2010, when HOKU commences deliveries to JINKO of Products pursuant to this Agreement. 18.2. Section 2.12 of the Supply Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows:
First Shipment Date means the date by which HOKU has delivered to CUSTOMER an aggregate total of [*] metric tons of Products pursuant to this Agreement.
First Shipment Date means the date upon which ENDOCEUTICS confirms in writing that the first order of PRODUCT is ready for pick up in accordance with Section 3.7.
First Shipment Date means the earlier to occur of (a) the date of first shipment of PORTED PRODUCT by any CUSTOMER, whether on a standalone basis or as bundled with CUSTOMER HARDWARE, or (b) one year from the date upon which PALMSOURCE first releases a gold master of the PALM OS, or any substantially equivalent or more advanced PALMSOURCE product, to any CUSTOMER.
