Support and Maintenance Fees definition

Support and Maintenance Fees means the fees set out in the SOW as varied from time to time in accordance with these Support and Maintenance Terms;

Support and Maintenance Fees means the annual fees customers pay to Nuix in order to receive telephone and email support as well as bug fixes and version upgrades.

Support and Maintenance Fees means the fees payable in respect of the Support and Maintenance Services as specified in the Brief.

Examples of Support and Maintenance Fees in a sentence

• In case you enter into several License Agreements or Addendums 1, combining multiple license types, the Support and Maintenance Fees will be pro-rated so that the coverage periods for the several licenses covered by this Addendum 2 will coincide.

• Enhanced Support and Maintenance Fees are described in Section 2 of this document.

• Unless otherwise stated or agreed upon, the Support and Maintenance Fees for any renewal period shall be at ISA’s then-prevailing price.

• In order to receive these new upgrades and features, your Support and Maintenance Fees must be paid and up to date.

• Any renewal shall require payment to ISA of a reinstatement fee equal of one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the sum of the Support and Maintenance Fees for any previously unpaid contract period(s) plus full payment for the pending annual period.

More Definitions of Support and Maintenance Fees

Support and Maintenance Fees means the fees paid by Licensee in consideration for the support and maintenance to be provided by Cyfluent to Licensee in accordance with Exhibit B- Terms and Conditions of Government Purchase Order attached to this Agreement.
