Support and Maintenance Term definition

Support and Maintenance Term means the period in which the Licensee is entitled to receive support and maintenance under their Enterprise Software Maintenance Agreement. This is defined by the support and maintenance start and end date specified in their agreement.
Support and Maintenance Term means an annual period during which Xxxxxx XX shall provide Licensee with the support and maintenance services specified in this Agreement.

Examples of Support and Maintenance Term in a sentence

  • Maintenance will be provided for a period of one year, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties in writing, from the date of purchase of the Product (the “Initial Support and Maintenance Term”), and with renewals, annually from the expiration date of the prior Support and Maintenance Term.

  • In payment of the Maintenance services to be provided by Foxit hereunder, you shall pay Foxit, or its authorized agent, the applicable fee for the Initial Support and Maintenance Term as indicated on the related invoice, receipt, purchase order, or other ordering document ("Maintenance Fee").

  • Licensee shall pay subsequent annual support and maintenance fees within thirty (30) days of the commencement of each successive Support and Maintenance Term.

  • The then current Support and Maintenance Term shall be automatically extended to the next anniversary of the effective date of the applicable amendment.

  • On or before the date on which the superceded Support and Maintenance Term would have expired, Licensee shall pay Xxxxxx XX support and maintenance fees at the Agreed Rate on a pro-rated basis through the end of the Support and Maintenance Term then in effect, on all Authorized Workstations and/or Authorized Users other than the Additional Seats.

  • The initial Support and Maintenance Term shall begin on the Effective Date and shall end on its first anniversary.

  • At least sixty (60) days before the end of each Support and Maintenance Term, Xxxxxx XX shall notify Licensee in writing of any increase in the support and maintenance fee for the next Support and Maintenance Term.

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 5.1, this Agreement shall be automatically renewed for a succeeding Support and Maintenance Term at the end of each Support and Maintenance Term, unless Licensee provides Xxxxxx XX with not less than thirty (30) days prior written notice before the end of the expiring term of Licensee's decision to not renew this Agreement.

Related to Support and Maintenance Term

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.

  • Operation and Maintenance or “O&M” shall mean all activities required to operate, maintain, and monitor the effectiveness of the RA as specified in the SOW or any EPA-approved O&M Plan.

  • Operations and maintenance means a project delivery method in which the District enters into a single contract for the routine operation, routine repair, and routine maintenance of an infrastructure facility.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Operation and Maintenance Costs means the costs of:

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Major maintenance means the adjustment, repair or replacement of a component or module that could affect the accuracy of a measurement.

  • Scheduled Maintenance means any adjustment, repair, removal, disassembly, cleaning, or replacement of components or systems required by the manufacturer which is performed on a periodic basis to prevent part failure or equipment or engine malfunction, or anticipated as necessary to correct an overt indication of malfunction or failure for which periodic maintenance is not appropriate.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Operation and Maintenance Expenses or ‘O&M expenses' means the expenditure incurred on operation and maintenance of the project, or part thereof, and includes the expenditure on manpower, repairs, spares, consumables, insurance and overheads;

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Yield Maintenance Period means the period from and including the date of this Note until but not including the Scheduled Initial Maturity Date.

  • Retail Service and Maintenance Sector Means the service and maintenance of retail facilities which includes financial institutions, retail businesses, schools and hospitals but does not include commercial premises as defined.

  • Maintenance Period shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.2;

  • Computer software maintenance contract means a contract that obligates a seller of computer software to provide a customer with:

  • Maintenance work means the repair of existing facilities when the size, type or extent of such facilities is not thereby changed or increased. While “maintenance” includes painting and decorating and is covered under the law, it does not include work such as routine landscape maintenance or janitorial services.

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Furniture maintenance product means a wax, polish, conditioner or any other product designed for the purpose of polishing, protecting or enhancing finished wood surfaces other than floors but does not include dusting aids, wood cleaners, products designed solely for the purpose of cleaning and products designed to leave a permanent finish such as stains, sanding sealers and lacquers.

  • Prosecution and Maintenance or “Prosecute and Maintain” means, with regard to a Patent Right, the preparing, filing, prosecuting and maintenance of such Patent Right, as well as handling re-examinations, reissues, and requests for patent term extensions with respect to such Patent Right, together with the conduct of interferences, the defense of oppositions and other similar proceedings with respect to the particular Patent Right. For clarification, “Prosecution and Maintenance” or “Prosecute and Maintain” will not include any other enforcement actions taken with respect to a Patent Right.

  • Maintenance and Support means updates, upgrades, patches, fixes, etc. and technical support provided for the Products and Services that Supplier is required to provide directly to DXC or a DXC Customer.

  • Deferred Maintenance means improvements necessary for continued operations which do not improve productivity or alter the process technology.

  • Emergency Maintenance means any period of maintenance for which, due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, Sprint Convergence is unable to provide prior notice of.

  • Maintenance Outage means a time period during which Seller plans to reduce the Power Output of the Power Product, in full or in part, in order to facilitate maintenance work on the Generating Facility, other than a Major Overhaul.
