Support Vehicles definition

Support Vehicles means RTD, CDOT, and HPTE maintenance and incident support vehicles, including by contractors engaged by such party, but only to the extent they are servicing vehicles in the Managed Lanes.
Support Vehicles means all trucks, vans, dollies and other vehicles listed on Schedule 1.1(c) owned by the Seller on the Closing Date and not constituting Rental Vehicles but utilized in support of the Replacement Vehicle Business.
