Supported Items definition

Supported Items means the computer hardware and software which will be maintained and supported by SDT under these Supplementary terms, as set out on the Order.
Supported Items means any Supported Hardware and Supported Software; “Supported Software” means the software to be supported as set out in the Order Form or attached thereto as an appendix;
Supported Items means the items which are set out on the Cover Sheet and any additional items for which the Customer requests support under clause 9.f and which the Company agrees to support.

  • The Client wishes to engage the Service Provider, and the Service Provider wishes to accept the engagement, to perform the Support Services with respect to the Supported Items, on the following terms and conditions.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, “System Failure” shall mean any malfunction in the Supported Items that prevents or materially interferes with, any or all aspects of the System’s intended functions.

  • IWS representatives will perform an annual quality control check of the Supported Items to ensure that the System is performing at the prescribed standards for System functionality.

  • Such check shall include a cleaning of the Supported Items, Supported Items hardware alignment, and general system checks to assess image quality and System performance.

  • The Customer will not make any movement of the Serviced Items, nor remove the Supported Items from the contracted location i.e. the site address details shown on the Cover Sheet without prior written consent of the Company, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Preventive maintenance (“Preventive Maintenance”) shall only be required for Supported Items and shall consist of all maintenance service, other than Excluded Services as defined in paragraph 2.7, performed by IWS representatives, independent of any System failure, for the purpose of maintaining the System in good working order, including, without limitation, the maintenance services described in subsections 2.4.1 and 2.4.2 below.

  • Kainos warrants that the Support Service will be carried out with reasonable care and skill and in a timely, workmanlike and cost-effective manner using qualified staff sufficiently familiar with the functions and operation of the Supported Items and its implementation and application by Xxxxxx.

Supported Items means any of the Customer’s items or equipment to which the Services will apply.

  • End item means the final production product when assembled or completed and ready for delivery under a line item of this contract.

  • Disputed Items has the meaning set forth in Section 3(b)(3)(A).

  • Excluded Items means any items which the Committee determines shall be excluded in fixing Performance Goals, including, without limitation, any gains or losses from discontinued operations, any extraordinary gains or losses and the effects of accounting changes.

  • Extraordinary Items means (i) extraordinary, unusual, and/or nonrecurring items of gain or loss; (ii) gains or losses on the disposition of a business; (iii) changes in tax or accounting regulations or laws; or (iv) the effect of a merger or acquisition, all of which must be identified in the audited financial statements, including footnotes, or Management Discussion and Analysis section of the Company’s annual report.

  • Issuance Items has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(h) hereof.

  • Escrow Items means those items that are described in Section 3.

  • Pledged Items means, as of any date, any and all securities and instruments delivered by the Pledgor to be held by the Collateral Agent under this Collateral Agreement as Collateral, whether Eligible Collateral or Ineligible Collateral.

  • Punch List Items means such items (i) as are reasonably necessary or appropriate to fully complete the construction, equipping and furnishing of the Hotel in accordance with this Contract and (ii) that, unless otherwise agreed by Buyer in its sole discretion, (a) individually and in the aggregate do not and will not prohibit, cause a delay in or otherwise adversely affect, under applicable Legal Requirements, the Franchise Agreement or otherwise, the opening of the Hotel for business to the public or the continued occupancy and operation of the Hotel as contemplated under the Brand and (b) may be corrected or completed, subject to delays caused by Force Majeure, within not more than sixty (60) days.

  • Tax-Related Items means any income tax, social insurance, payroll tax, fringe benefit tax, payment on account or other tax-related items arising out of or in relation to a Participant’s participation in the Plan, including, but not limited to, the exercise of a Purchase Right and the receipt of shares of Common Stock or the sale or other disposition of shares of Common Stock acquired under the Plan.

  • Operating Margin Customer means a Control Area purchasing Operating Margin pursuant to an agreement between such other Control Area and the LLC.

  • Recyclable Materials means materials that are separated from mixed municipal solid waste for the purpose of recycling or composting, including paper, glass, plastics, metals, automobile oil, batteries, source-separated compostable materials, and sole source food waste streams that are managed through biodegradative processes. Refuse-derived fuel or other material that is destroyed by incineration is not a recyclable material. (Minn. Stat. § 115A.03, Subd. 25a)

  • Client Assets means assets which a bank has undertaken to hold for a client (whether or not on trust, and whether or not the undertaking has been complied with);

  • Exceptional Items means any material items of an unusual or non-recurring nature which represent gains or losses including those arising on:

  • Gross Rooms Revenue means all revenues derived from the sale or rental of Guest Rooms (both transient and permanent) of the Hotel, including revenue derived from the redemption of points or rewards under the loyalty programs in which the Hotel participates, amounts attributable to breakfast (where the guest room rate includes breakfast), Mandatory Guest Fees, late cancellation fees, and guaranteed no- show revenue and credit transactions, whether or not collected, at the actual rates charged, less allowances for any Guest Room rebates and overcharges, and will not include taxes collected directly from patrons or guests. Group booking rebates, if any, paid by you or on your behalf to third-party groups for group stays must be included in, and not deducted from, the calculation of Gross Rooms Revenue.

  • Provisional items means items for which approximate quantities have been included in the tender documents.

  • Scrap means property that has no value except for its basic material content. For purposes of demilitarization, scrap is defined as recyclable waste and discarded materials derived from items that have been rendered useless beyond repair, rehabilitation, or restoration such that the item’s original identity, utility, form, fit, and function have been destroyed. Items can be classified as scrap if processed by cutting, tearing, crushing, mangling, shredding, or melting. Intact or recognizable components and parts are not “scrap.”

  • Recyclable material means a material generated by the entity's operations, including aluminum, steel containers, aseptic packag- ing and polycoated paperboard cartons, high-grade office paper, and corrugated cardboard.

  • Indemnified Items shall have the meaning assigned to such terms in Section 2(b).

  • Purchased Items shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 8 hereof.

  • Items means the finished goods or services which are intended for export from the United States, either directly or as an Indirect Export, meet the U.S. Content requirements in accordance with Section 2.01(b)(ii) of this Agreement and are specified in Section 4.A. of the Loan Authorization Agreement.

  • Central item means any item which is in italics in this Collective Agreement.

  • Client Accounts means accounts of Clients (i) that are Controlled by an Access Person and (ii) in which no Access Person has a substantial proportionate economic interest; provided that, the Client pays a management, advisory or any other similar arms-length fee to the Access Person and the beneficiary of the Client Account is not an Immediate Family member of an Access Person.

  • Disputed Item has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3(c).

  • Line Item means a field of information (or a combination of fields of information) to be entered in a Settlement Schedule by any Participating Subscriber in relation to a Conveyancing Transaction.

  • Balance Information We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on the account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day. You must maintain a minimum balance of $1,000.00 in the account each day to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield. Limitations: You must deposit $1,000.00 to open this account. You may not make additional deposits into this account. You may not make withdrawals from your account until the maturity date. Time Account Information: Your account will mature in the term of the Certificate of Deposit. If you withdraw any of the principal before the maturity date, we may impose a penalty of 180 days interest on the amount withdrawn. This account will automatically renew. You will have 10 CALENDAR DAYS after the maturity date to withdraw funds without penalty. If you do not withdraw the funds, each renewal term will be for an identical period of time as the original term.

  • Unsubstantiated means the same as that term is defined in Section 62A-4a-101.
