Supported OSS Products definition

Supported OSS Products means software products that are made available by Cloudera under the terms of Applicable OSS Licenses and for which Cloudera provides Support Services.

Examples of Supported OSS Products in a sentence

  • Unless as otherwise set forth in the applicable Order Form, this ESMA and the applicable Order Form do not permit Customer to distribute Supported OSS Products or any of their components containing Cloudera’s trademarks.

  • Unless otherwise set forth in the applicable Order Form, Supported OSS Products are licensed to Customer free of charge solely under the Applicable OSS Licenses.

  • Customer may redistribute Supported OSS Products that include Cloudera trademarks only if: (i) permitted under a separate written license agreement with Cloudera authorizing such redistribution, or (ii) Customer removes all occurrences of Cloudera trademarks and logos in such Supported OSS Products prior to any redistribution.

  • As used herein, “Legacy Hortonworks Products” means those certain Supported OSS Products that are described at: xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/products (whether available as originally branded, or as may have been rebranded by Cloudera such that, by way of example, “Hortonworks DataFlow” or “HDF” is renamed “Cloudera DataFlow” or “CDF”).

  • As used herein, “Legacy Hortonworks Products” means those certain Supported OSS Products that are described at: https://hortonworks.com/products (whether available as originally branded, or as may have been rebranded by Cloudera such that, by way of example, “Hortonworks DataFlow” or “HDF” is renamed “Cloudera DataFlow” or “CDF”).

  • In the event that during a Subscription Period, Customer: (i) elects to add capacity, or (ii) exceeds the Metrics set forth in an Order Form, the fees for such additional capacity/usage will be calculated for the period commencing immediately upon: (a) the installation date of the additional Nodes, (b) the date when Capacity Under Management or quantity of Unique Identifiers increased (whether used or not), or (c) the date when additional support entitlement Metrics for Supported OSS Products are required.

  • In the event that during a Subscription Period, Customer: (i) elects to add capacity, or (ii) exceeds the Metrics set forth in an Order Form, the fees for such additional capacity/usage will be calculated for the period commencing immediately upon: (a) the installation date of the additional Nodes,(b) the date when Capacity Under Management or quantity of Unique Identifiers increased (whether used or not), or (c) the date when additional support entitlement Metrics for Supported OSS Products are required.

  • Modifying Supported OSS Products may: (i) corrupt the Supported OSS Products, and (ii) adversely affect Cloudera’s ability to provide Support Services for the Supported OSS Products.

Related to Supported OSS Products

  • Business Products means all products or services that have been or are currently sold, licensed, provided, supported, distributed or otherwise disposed of by the Business, including all products or services in development.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.

  • Cannabis products means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Software Products and “Software” are interchangeable and mean software, computer source codes and other computer programs.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.

  • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.

  • Spray buff product means a product designed to restore a worn floor finish in conjunction with a floor buffing machine and special pad.

  • Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.

  • Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.

  • Replacement Product means electric generating capacity, capacity-related benefits, environmental attributes, Energy or other electric products from a generation resource other than the Facility that are provided or delivered to replace or substitute for Contract Capacity or Storage Capacity (or any Capacity-Related Benefit, Environmental Attribute, Other Electric Product, Contract Energy, or Storage Energy associated therewith), in each case, in whole or in part, pursuant to Section 4.6.

  • Product Labeling means, with respect to a Licensed Product in a country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, (a) the Regulatory Authority-approved full prescribing information for such Licensed Product for such country or other jurisdiction, including any required patient information, and (b) all labels and other written, printed, or graphic matter upon a container, wrapper, or any package insert utilized with or for such Licensed Product in such country or other jurisdiction.

  • Imported content means that portion of the bidding price represented by the cost of components, parts or materials which have been or are still to be imported (whether by the supplier or his subcontractors) and which costs are inclusive of the costs abroad, plus freight and other direct importation costs such as landing costs, dock dues, import duty, sales duty or other similar tax or duty at the South African place of entry as well as transportation and handling charges to the factory in the Republic where the supplies covered by the bid will be manufactured.

  • Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.

  • Other Products means all products and services, other than an Advance, Credit Product or Derivative Transaction, offered by the Bank to any Obligor from time to time, including correspondent banking services, mortgage purchase programs and affordable housing and community investment products and services.

  • Bulk Product means Licensed Product supplied in a form other than Finished Product which can be converted into Finished Product.
