Surat Kuasa definition

Surat Kuasa means the Interim Surat Kuasa or the Final Surat Kuasa, as then applicable.
Surat Kuasa means a Surat Kuasa substantially in the form of the Third Amended and Restated Surat Kuasa, with such modifications as may be necessary to reflect the amendment and restatement of the Existing Credit Agreement in the form of the Existing Restated Credit Agreement and in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, granted by PTFI and PT-Rio Tinto Indonesia with respect to authorization to appoint a successor Operator (as defined in the Participation Agreement).
Surat Kuasa means the Surat Kuasa (Power of Attorney) dated October 11, 1996, granted by PTFI and PT-Rio Tinto Indonesia to the FI Trustee, as amended and restated by the Surat Kuasa Amendment and Restatement.
