Surety Arrangement definition

Surety Arrangement has the meaning specified in Section 7.03(k).
Surety Arrangement means one or more surety arrangements providing, inter alia, for the issuance of Surety Obligations, between the Company or its Subsidiaries and one or more providers, provided to the Company or its Subsidiaries including, in each case, any related notes, guarantees, collateral documents (including the Intercreditor Agreement), instruments and agreements executed in connection therewith.
Surety Arrangement means any guaranty, letter of credit, indemnity agreement, surety bond or similar agreement or arrangement of either Member or any Affiliate of either Member (other than Nevada JV) that relates to the ownership, operation, maintenance, reclamation, restoration or closure of any properties or other assets of the Nevada JV or its subsidiaries, or any other obligation of the Nevada JV or its subsidiaries.
