Survival of Perfection Representations. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any other Transaction Document, the perfection representations, warranties and covenants contained in this Schedule I shall be continuing, and remain in full force and effect until such time as all obligations under the Transaction Documents and the Notes have been finally and fully paid and performed.
Survival of Perfection Representations. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Sale and Servicing Agreement or any other Transaction Document, the perfection representations, warranties and covenants contained in this Exhibit B shall be continuing, and remain in full force and effect until such time as all obligations under the Transaction Documents and the Notes have been finally and fully paid and performed.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any other transaction document, the Perfection Representations contained in this Schedule shall be continuing, and remain in full force and effect (notwithstanding any replacement of the Master Servicer or termination of the Master Servicer's rights to act as such) until such time as all obligations under this Agreement have been finally and fully paid and performed.
Survival of Perfection Representations. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Agreement or any other Transaction Document, the Perfection Representations contained in this Exhibit VII shall be continuing, and remain in full force and effect (notwithstanding any termination of the commitments or any replacement of the Servicer or termination of Servicer’s rights to act as such) until such time as Investments and all other obligations under the Agreement have been finally and fully paid and performed.
Survival of Perfection Representations. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Agreement, the Contribution Agreement, the Indenture or any other Basic Document, the Perfection Representations, Warranties and Covenants contained in this Schedule shall be continuing, and remain in full force and effect (notwithstanding any replacement of the Servicer or termination of Servicer's rights to act as such) until such time as all obligations under the Sale and Servicing Agreement, Contribution Agreement and the Indenture have been finally and fully paid and performed.
