Sustainability Targets definition

Sustainability Targets means specified key performance indicators with respect to certain environmental, social and governance targets of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, which shall be confirmed by the Borrower (or its designated advisor) as being consistent with the SLL Principles.
Sustainability Targets collectively, the KPI Targets and KPI Thresholds.
Sustainability Targets shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 1.07(c).

Sustainability Targets means each of the Water Stewardship Target and the Employee Health and Safety Target. "Sustainability Thresholds" means each of the Water Stewardship Threshold and the Employee Health and Safety Threshold.
