Swap Amount definition

Swap Amount. With respect to each Distribution Date and the related Swap Payment Date, the sum of any Net Swap Payment and any Swap Termination Payment deposited into the Swap Account.
Swap Amount. The calculation of the Swap Amount is subject to the verification and confirmation of the Swap Counterparties who are calculation agents for the Swap Agreements. Swap Amount shall mean, on each Distribution Date on or prior to the Class I Termination Date, the excess of (x) the product of (i) the related fixed rate of interest, (ii) 30 divided by 360 and (iii) the related notional amount over (y) the product of (i) LIBOR, (ii) the actual number of days elapsed in the related Accrual Period divided by 360 and (iii) the related notional amount (so long as such calculation results in a positive number) which after the occurrence of a Notional Amount Test Event, shall be calculated pursuant to Section 4.03(f).
Swap Amount. With respect to each Swap Payment Date, an amount, payable by, or on behalf of, the Swap Counterparty, equal to the accrued interest or other payment obligation calculated with reference to the Swap Notional Amount for the immediately preceding Swap Rate Accrual Period at the Swap Rate.

  • To the extent not paid by a replacement Class A Swap Counterparty or Class B Swap Counterparty, any termination payment will be paid by the Issuer from funds available for such purpose, and payments on the Notes may be reduced or delayed unless such termination payment arises as a result of a default by the Class A Swap Counterparty or Class B Swap Counterparty, as the case may be, and constitutes a Class A Subordinated Swap Amount or a Class B Subordinated Swap Amount, as the case may be.

More Definitions of Swap Amount

Swap Amount. Termination Date" and "Trade Date" shall each be as specified in the Swap Confirmation. All other capitalized terms shall have the meanings set forth below or otherwise as set forth in this Agreement:
Swap Amount means with respect to each Swap Lender on each Calculation Date and on each Determination Date, the Swap Termination Value under all Swap Contracts which would be due and owing thereunder to such Swap Lender on such Calculation Date or Determination Date if any such Swap Contract were terminated on such date whether or not such Swap Amount is actually due and owing on such date.
Swap Amount. For any Distribution Date prior to the termination of the Swap Contract, the amount, if any, distributed to the Swap Account in accordance with Section 4.02(c), from amounts otherwise distributable to the Class A-1 Certificates in the absence of the Swap Contract.
