Swing Line Commitment Amount means $5,000,000, as reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 6.1, which commitment constitutes a subfacility of the Revolving Commitment of the Swing Line Lender. Swing Line Lender means LaSalle. Swing Line Loan - see Section 2.2.4.
