Examples of Swing Line Committed Amount in a sentence

  • The Swing Line Loans made by NationsBank shall be evidenced by a duly executed promissory note of the U.S. Borrower to NationsBank in the face amount of the Swing Line Committed Amount and in substantially the form of Exhibit 2.3.
