Swingline Subcommitment means the commitment of the Swingline Lender to make Swingline Loans to the Borrower in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed the Swingline Commitment Amount, and the commitments of the Lenders to purchase participations in such Swingline Loans which commitment of the Swingline Lender and the commitments of the Lenders established pursuant to Section 2.01 as a subfacility of the Revolving Credit Commitments.
