Swiss Sub definition

Swiss Sub means CytoSorbents Switzerland GmbH, a wholly and directly owned subsidiary of the German Sub that is organized under the laws of Switzerland.
Swiss Sub means CKS Marketing Agency AG, a corporation currently being organized under the laws of Switzerland, and which will be wholly-owned subsidiary of Sub.
Swiss Sub means Dictaphone International A.G., a corporation organized under the laws of Switzerland.
