Syndicated Credit Facility definition

Syndicated Credit Facility means the credit facility provided under the Senior Credit Agreement; and
Syndicated Credit Facility means the syndicated commercial credit facility provided to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Investment Management Corp. under the Syndicated Credit Facility Credit Agreement, together with all documents, agreements and instruments entered into in connection therewith (including, without limitation the Syndicated Credit Facility Credit Agreement and the Syndicated Credit Facility Security Agreement).
Syndicated Credit Facility means that certain $20,000,000,000 Five-Year Credit Facility, dated as of May 9, 2016 (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified, refinanced or replaced from time to time), by and among the Borrower and the lenders party thereto.
